AWFUL. I dont even want to give one star to this Henrico USPS. They have multiple occasions failing to deliver my mails and packages. One day, they lost my package and never followed up after I called them. Another day, they delivered a package to my neighbor who was kind enough to bring it to me. Multiple times Henrico USPS deliver wrong mails to my address, and that makes me suspicious about how many of my mails delivered to someone else.Yesterday, they delivered entire mails of my neighbor to my address. It is likely that all my mails went to the mailbox of another neighbor. When you need to call them, they dont receive a call. It takes forever to connect and who receives your call is likely to have no idea/intention on solving the problems. Henrico USPS just dysfunctional. They fail on every standard a delivery service should have.

yet again a parcel has been marked undeliverable although i was home at the time of attempted delivery. yet again a pink card was not included. without the pink card its unlikely ill be given the opportunity to claim my parcel tomorrow morning. when i went online to "take action" and ask for my parcel to be held at the station, the site says: Your redelivery has not been scheduled An error occurred while creating your Online redelivery. Please try again later." Then i call the Starling Branch. "Please hold, the current customer wait time is 35-50minutes". This is bad, even for a government run institution. No card was left, the site isnt working, and im expected to wait on hold for 30-50 minutes. Without a State-imposed monopoly the USPS would have been demolished by the likes of UPS and FedEx ages ago.

This is the typical post office. It is quite busy because its located near the offices in Innsbrook and nearby neighborhoods. Theres a self service kiosk located in the lobby area of the post office as soon as you enter. If youre using priority mail theres also the labels, packaging, etc. needed in the lobby area as well. The postal workers never seem to place a small priority box in the lobby area. If you need a small priority box, then come during the hours that the desk is open so that you can get the small priority mail box or bring your own box. If you need to get your passport, then you can do this at this location. Please come early because they take only so many people each day. As always, dont forget to pack your patience when you come!!

These folks cannot do one thing right. Cannot deliver one package to the correct address. Have had this issue for years now but cannot do anything about it. They have misdelivered my immigration papers to wrong addresses in the past. Packages i have sent abroad from here have never been delivered!!! Now, they have misdelivered my package to some wrong address. They could not deliver my expensive package at the right PO BOX no. In their own building!!! Trust me! If you need a PO BOX or any services and can go to a different post office, do urself a favor and go some place else.

This is ridiculousness at its most! Is not standard operating procedure for the carrier to verify the address on the package with the location they drop it???!!!! I have had countless packages delivered to my address that do not belong, and have had to hunt down and/or have neighbors bring me my wrongfully delivered parcel. These people cant do the worlds easiest job. Drive, Stop, Match the address, seems pretty Fing simple to me! THEY NEED TO GET OFF THE DAMNED PHONE AND DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!

Ive lived here a year and these incompetent "workers" (using the term loosely) have lost at least 8 of my packages. And they are unapologetic and act as if I didnt PAY THEM FOR A SERVICE. I have opened a claim with corporate each time, and I suggest you do the same. Call the 1-800 number, or call internal affairs so they may be investigated. Someone is drinking too much or cant read, and in either case they need a new job, or they need to shut down this whole miserable operation. Despicable.

I called the post office to tell them that they sent someone elses package to me, and that I was in a hurry for work. I asked the supervisor to contact the post office that cover that area (likely not far away because this post office is in the county) and she refused. Shouldnt a usps be able to contact another local usps to inform them that they dropped some one elses package at the wrong location? Someone is waiting for that package.

I have lived in many states and have often visited many post office, but of them all this one should get the award for being the most rediculous one. Staff members there are horrible with a capital H, while one say one thing the other says another. Even the guy who does kids passport picture is rude and abnoxious and was two steps away from my first in his face. Do yourselves a favor either go to another one or go to staples.

Please, everyone who experiences a problem with this post office, please contact the 1-800 number and complain/open a case. I moved to this area in july and they have mishandled 6 of my packages. Conveniently, they are all insured business items; I am quite skeptical about their integrity and honesty and hope complaints will help them get their work ethic in order.

They lost weeks of "held" mail, including a very important medical license. I never get my mail and I always get someone elses mail. Who is getting my mail? I cant have anything sent to my address and instead (and despite being an adult living on my own for years) I have to rely on sending things to my parents house back in Pennsylvania.

This is the worst post office and they are very rude to customers. It was more than 10 days since I applied for mail box key and when I just went to check on the status the old moustache guy says I should come only after calling. Then why the hell do you have SLA if I need to call all the time. Most of the time they never respond to calls .

My package was mailed in Richmond Va on February 15th and as of February 23rd it havent been received yet. My receipt said it will be delivered on February 17th address right in Richmond Virginia it has never been delivered. I also received mail with the boolklet missing just the envelope. Im just keeping it 100 with whats next.

My experience here was just fine. One of the employees, Joy, was going way out of the way to help customers. Far beyond what Ive experienced at other post offices. The facility was clean, professional and relatively quick. Im glad I stopped in.

So 2 days ago someone else got my package, now today I got someones , this is like the 20th time this year, wtf is going on at this location? Get off the phone and do your damned job. Not that hard. Drive, stop, verify address, and deliver!

My entire apartment complex is missing packages. Someone needs to lose their job. The tracking information said it was delivered yet still no package in my mailbox or at the post office. Never had this problem with any other post office.
