Best customer service experience I have ever had. Terri was so helpful and went out of her way to call around to get all the correct information we needed. She was patient and kind to my children who she photographed for passports and she was patient and kind to us as we filled out loads of paperwork. I went in feeling nervous and stressed about having to apply for passports for our family of five in time for an upcoming vacation, and wholly due to her service I left feeling like all my ducks were in a row and everything would go through smoothly and get back to us in time. I cant say enough good things- we may wind up going out of our way next time we have postal needs due to level of service we received! Thank you Terri! So grateful you were there to help us!
