Gets 0 Stars the staff of this post office needs to be cleaned out and replaced! If a mail carrier cannot do their JOB then they need to be fired and replaced by someone that will/can do the job! I am very unhappy that our mail carrier is using the excuse that our road is to bad for her to deliver our mail. Yes we live down a dirt road but it is not that bad unless you drive 55 down it! I drive a 2015 Chevy Camaro and I have no problems getting down the road, she drives a Jeep so why is it she cannot get down our road? Its BULL and an excuse not to have to do her JOB! Replace her with someone that would be more than happy to do the job. I have contacted the mail USPS and I am waiting for a response from them since her management doesnt seem to want to handle the situation from within. I will continue to go higher up if need be until this issue is resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bolivia NC 28422 post office is the most inefficient and counter productive operation I have encountered in all of my 57 years. It is no wonder the USPS is in the terrible shape it is in being staffed with employees of this low caliber. Purchasing stamps at this branch seems to be a major athletic and mental endeavor for the staff. They loose packages constantly and their attitude towards helping customers is on par with a 6 year old who does not want to eat their vegetables. My advice to the staff of this post office is: If you hate your job as much as you project, quit and get a job with something more equivalent to your abilities like setting on a box. the people who work here are absolutely lazy...when I order things they either drop them off or not at all...ordered a Wii off the web an I came home to the box sittin in the rain next I order a hat an whatever driver they have needs to be fired cause there just as lazy cause I had to go pick it up from the post office...I get there I see my package in the back an the womAn doesnt bother even looking just tells me to come back tomorrow like absolutely lazy...they all should be fired

This is got to be the most screwed up post office around !!!!! The reason I say that is I have a certified mail and and the mail carrier will not bring it to the house she takes it to the post office where we got to pick it up that messed up !

This post office is the worst of the worst. They never deliver our packages, and always make excuses. Theyve also continuously lost our electric bills and caused us a great deal of inconvenience...and the postmaster obviously doesnt care.

Shouldnt be given any faith by shippers. Either understaffed or just dont care. Do not guarantee anything you ship if it passes through their doors.
