After the same thing over and over I finally had to post what is going on. My intention is that someone with authority eventually reads this and actually looks into it. If you are not home to accept a package they will never redeliver it. You can sign the form place it in a very obvious position but it will not happen. Then when you go to this Post Office in person to just pick up a package you wait in a VERY long line and eventually a black female comes from the back and waives you over. She is VERY rude and acts like you are bothering her. Of course you can only pick it up on a Saturday because most folks are at work before they open and are still at work when they close. Plan on wasting an 1 1/2 hours to pick up a package once you drive, and wait in the long line. The only good news is that eventually this system will fail and the employees and business will be replaced by companies such as UPS and Fed-ex full time because they have good customer service. I am advising all of my family to no longer send any packages with the USPS. All future packages will be sent via Fed-ex and UPS and I will be doing the same. My business and familys business with USPS is done. The employees and supervisors at this venue will be looking for a new job eventually and their attitude and lack of hard work will get them fired with other carriers.

The incompetence as far as mail delivery is staggering! Our mail has been delivered so frequently to the same wrong address, on a completely different street, and vice versa, that we have actually exchanged phone numbers to contact each other regarding our missing mail. Packages we are waiting for are, more often than not, marked as delivered when we have not received them. After checking and finding that our new mail buddy doesnt have them, we then contact the post office, who finally manages to locate the allegedly already delivered package and always has some feeble explanation. The same thing applies to scheduled package pickups. We come home to find the package still sitting on our porch while the system shows that the package was picked up, complete with confirmation #! It seems that we have no regular mail carrier assigned to our neighborhood, as we rarely see the same person and the delivery time varies immensely. There have also been many days where mail for several neighbors is sitting in my box, so I become the carrier. Im reviewing here, because Im not sure where else to vent. Its insane!!

It is a SHAME !! Woodbridge customers saying this is a nice post office. The staff have attitude problems, including the counter people. They all need to be terminated and replaced with new staff. They move like snails, lines all most out to the front door. Now these no good mail carriers that drive to my house to deliver the mail to my house, they can not even delivery the correct mail to the proper addresses. All this week I have gotten mail from people that live in Lindendale St. and Tapestry St., But I live on Torchlight Drive. Where is my mail that is supposed to be delivered to my address and name. Mail is being delivered all over Woodbridge and not going to the correct address, that is a federal offense to tamper and mix up people mail. You need to get these lazy ASS office sitting postmaster to delivery the mail since they can not hire or train people to be better and professional mail carriers. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR DAMN JOB AND YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE PRIDE IN IT. THEN " GET THE H E L L OUT " and go some where. ELSE.

Not only did several of us wait for more than 25 minutes and 15 for another lady. The Manager even came to the window , looked at all 5 us standing there waiting on assistance , he turned and walked away. Not one time did he ask if he could assist. SO this lady, after I rang that bell 3 consecutive times, she comes and is just rude, tells the lady in front on me, NO you havent been waiting that long. Thats not possible, well it was and is possible. Check that camera we were waving at! We all say umm yes we have, she gets more disrespectful and grabs everyones pick up ticket and walks away. Then comes back yelling out a zip code, which was me. Told me in a horrible tone you gotta go to the other post office, I ask where it is and she turned and walked away. Worst customer service ever! I will not be returning to this post office. If at all possible folks, go to any other post office. Last picture is of the "manager" walking out the door without even one word, "someone will be right you" or "how may I help you"

This is the fourth or fifth time that the Minniville Post Office in Woodbridge Scans my Amazon boxes to show delivered and they are still at their facility. Example I just spoke to my mailman at 11:40PM who is delivery mail at a very dangerous time of the evening. He stated my box must have been scanned and still back at the office, several other customers have said the same thing. This is not the first time I have had this problem as well as others. I have had boxes NEVER SHOW however shown as "delivered" to my home. Fortunately for me, I have surveillance Cameras which I can prove different. I have call and spoke to the Post Master on several occasions about "undelivered boxes". Per our conversations, they were trying to correct this problem as alleged employees were stealing Amazon packages from customers and showing them delivered. I am glad I am moving is all I can say. This Post Office is horrible. They need to clean house.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Ive had to go to this Post Office a few times for my boss and when I was next in line (after waiting a long time in a not-so-long line) the woman comes from the back, pretty sure she was eating, and WITHOUT looking at, smiling at, or greeting me - she GESTURES me over to her desk. With her fingers. Like "come ere." I was so appalled by her attitude! It gets worse: I was buying stamps, and Ill admit it, Im 22 and have never purchased stamps before. I politely expressed my surprise for how steep the cost was and she responds with, "What? Youve never bought stamps before? You wanted a hundred stamps, RIGHT?" Ugh! Then, as I am waiting for her to hand me the receipt (because, YES, it had printed already) she insists that she blows her nose first. GROSS!!! The lady was awful, awful, awful - and it must have been because I was in utter shock that I didnt think to write a grievance.

Sent my package back due to the carrier basically being lazy and assuming the name was wrong for the mailbox. Was told I would get a response to my issue within 1 business day. It took them 3 days to respond (had they responded in ONE day, this could have been avoided)- they left a voicemail saying to call back at 8am so they could talk to the carrier. They dont even open until 9am. No one answered until almost 10am. The staff (two different people) were rude to me and basically made it sound like this was my fault. I still have no idea where my package is and it is a time sensitive item. I paid 10$ extra for shipping for them to lose my stuff basically and then they marked my case as resolved before I had even talked to anyone...then had the nerve to send me a satisfaction survey. Unbelievable. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
