The service at this post office has been horrible on multiple occasions. I received a notice saying I needed to pick up a package at the post office but the address was HFL. I drove there and they said its actually at the Rush PO. I drove there and the doors were open but the grate was pulled down on the window. I heard people talking in the back and and knocked on the door to ask when they would be open again. As soon as they heard me knock, they were quiet and no one answered the door. The workers here are useless.

My experience with this facility has been one of frustration and patience. Twice ive mailed something from there and both times they have manage to lose my mail. Not going to be using this facility again.
