First time going to postoffice. First time ever writing a review and...... The old lady is so messed up that works there! i had few items to ship to my customers and i went to the postoffice at 11151 valley view dr bristow va 20136 and that old lady that works there is messed up and so mean! I arrived at store just before it was closing and she was helping another customer. Before, i even was in the store she saw me and yelled "go we are closed.. you are late" I was shocked at her behavior toward customer, her comment was so rude especially while other customer was there. I didnt reply cause i was socked! i just waited hoping she might still let me ship my items. Once the customer left she was on the computer and i asked again can i ship theses items and she says "dont beg me" and she walks out from her side and wants me to leave and close the door i told her can i ship theses their all packed and i paid for shipping already and she looks at me for a minute and says "whatever put it there!" i was like "thank you so much" and i only had one item not in a box and label and she didnt let me ship that! and a day after my items come back to my house cause i needed to pay more????? but the mail man was really nice and asked me "i can take it back for you i just need a check for the amount to postoffice but i gave him cash" but the lady was so mean! i wouldnt recommend this postoffice cause of this lady! i will never go back there! i wish i had a video recorder or tap recorded i could put on youtube or something.

Absolutely the nicest post office I have had to deal with. They are quick and efficient. Very nice as well. (for the lady who made the comment they were rude, had you not shown up when they were closing and had you made sure you had everything in order I am sure the person behind the counter would have been much nicer. I find it sad that you would blame someone else for you not arriving with plenty of time to ship your items and making sure you had your packages in order. The post office workers have set hours like other businesses. She most likely had to stay past her end of day time to try and assist you and then get her other responsibilities done for the day before she could go home to her family. Maybe it is you who should try to be nicer) :) Love this post office - have recommended to others and always will. thank you for the dedicated workers there and the excellent customer service! Gabe.
