Dont bother using the self help kiosk or calling the location. They get very busy and dont pick up their phones and the kiosks work less often than not. Used the self service kiosk to pint out stamps to mail a package on 3 separate occasions. It worked once out of those three attempts. The second time it was when the business was open, but it didnt dispense any stamps so I got in line to get a refund. The third time I tried using the self service kiosk it did not dispense any stamps either, still charged my card. Since the front office was closed, there was nobody to help and refund my money. Called the national 1800 number the next day to get help, their phone tree is ABYSMAL. Couldnt get through to customer service and they disconnected me 5 times when the phone tree couldnt understand I was trying to talk to a live person. Finally got through to technical support and they told me to call the branch location. Tried that, didnt pick up. If your time is valuable, avoid the kiosks and just talk to a person. The people there can help you much better.

In contrast to Goslar, Li, and cpainting, I find this post office (the closest one to my home) exemplary. I am glad that there is a way to deliver letters and packages to remote locations not profitable for the commercial carriers. I am glad that there is a place of employment for war veterans who are otherwise commemorated only one day per year. I am glad that there is a thing called the web so that I can get info without wasting time on the phone. I am sorry that ungrateful clowns like the above-mentioned one-star reviewers cant spend time praising something good instead of spilling moronic bile about something they dont understand.

This post office is atrocious. When ive been in the customer service is slow and usually rude. Ive been trying to contact this post office by phone with a question about a package. They apparently cant figure out how the telephone works. They dont answer no matter how long it rings. I will be shipping my packages with any other carrier from now on so I can actually get competent customer service.

I tried calling this office after getting the number from customer service and the lazy SOBs would not even answer the phone. I called several times and they would not answer! Whats the point of having a phone if the lazy SOBs refuse to answer it? It will be a good day when the PO has to close offices and lay off a bunch of these worthless "employees"!

They have a friendly, stable staff that doesnt make me wait in a long line to drop off a package when Ive prepaid my postage. Theyve helped me claim packages mailed straight here since Ive had packages stolen from my residence. They handle all sorts of customers with care and efficiency.

They will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call they just let it ring. And when you go in ,there less than helpful. Im not impressed with the service and Ill do my best to avoid dealing with this branch in the future.
