The trouble that I have had with the post office as of late puts the entire service to shame and the games that your employees play represent your company in the worst possible manner. I purchased an item in early March and it was shipped to me through Express. Express supposedly being their premium service; the option where theyre supposed to be the attentive to your "shipping needs". So what happened? The item makes it to America on March 5th and gets lost. They have no clue where it is! After great struggle by the company I purchased it from and their efforts with the Japanese Postal Service trying to locate it, its found A MONTH LATER. I get word of the good news from the Brand on April 8th at 3:52AM and they proceed to advise me that though its been found there may be additional delay because there was "some kind of trouble that had occurred in US post office." Yesterday, the item arrives and a notice is left while Im out (though my grandmother was in the house and advised the doorbell was not wrung). It claims there are 2 items have actually arrived. I find this strange but I ignore it and I go to the USPS website and attempt to have the parcels be redelivered today, April 10th. I cant though, because it was already set up for a second attempt at delivery for today. I sigh relief and vow to be here to meet the mail man today. End of story, right? It should be, but it continues... I loiter and wait for the mail carrier to come and when he does the items arent even on the truck! So he advises that I could schedule to have it redelivered tomorrow or that, since it is Express mail, that I could call and request the supervisor to drop it off since theyre obligated to get it to me today. So I say "fine, thank you!" and I call the local post office in East Henrietta and speak to the most inconvenienced representative Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my life: Teresa. I advise her that I have two express parcels holding and that they were supposed to be delivered today but werent placed on the truck. She looks into it and realizes that I only have one parcel holding and that the other was wrongfully placed on my notice and that /that/ package was intended for a Mr. Yigao in a different section of the same apartment complex. Among a great deal of huffing and puffing, she then advised that she *could* perform her role and bring it out to me but that I would need to wait for the Post Master to get back to relieve her and that she would need to chastise the carrier. Though everything before was a nightmare, it was this conversation that irritated me. I accepted this and advised Id wait: this was at 12:02. At 2:54 I thought Id call back to check in. Teresa answers again. I ask for an update on when shed think shed be able to pop by. In a very small voice she responds that the Post Master advised I would need to have it delivered tomorrow. And you didnt call me back to inform me of this decision? "Well, I didnt have your number." Great, well then I would like to speak to him. "Hes on the other line" Then please write down my number and have him call me back. I did not get a call back: the next thing I know my doorbell rings and a sad little man with my package and a new notice is on my stoop. There was no conversation, no apologies, I signed and he left. GREAT SERVICE YOU PROVIDE! THANKS SO MUCH! #YouSuck

I ordered a shark sweeper and it was supposed to be delivered today but instead I get a slip in the mail saying its too heavy! The total shipping weight is 25.8lbs, too heavy huh? So I called the post office and they said the package is still there! They never even put it in the truck! Why do people pay for delivery if its not going to be delivered? When applying for the post office it clearly states must be able to frequently lift 50lbs! Sorry but you applied for the job! Im 7 months pregnant and Im not going to go pick up my package I paid to have delivered and lift it to my door which is 100ft from the parking area (though technically I could lift it just have to carry it weird from the big belly) but post offices typically provide a cart and it would be much easier for them! Still main point is do the job your paid to do or at least put an effort to try to have it done! After speaking with them they said it will be delivered today so they are at least going to make it right!

As the well-educated and college-educated deaf resident, who now resides in Rochester View Apts. as the newest All-Deaf apartment complex, I still wait for receiving 2 subscriptions of Italian-American Community News(IACN); and The Jewish Ledger for a long, time resulting to delay. Reminder that I first moved in to Rochester View Apts. on Fri. Sept. 25, 2015. As the real eyewitness, I have seen the young male "bum" who is not in the uniform driving the U.S. Postal Service van as the "hippie" None of my 2 subscriptions still dont arrive at my residence! Thumbs-Down!! The U.S. Postal Service still is the giant snail on slower pace--Not the Bald American Eagle! Shameful. Christa DAuria

Helpful staff, years of good experience there. David and Michele provided top notch service to solve problem I had this week (was my fault,) including calling me to confirm issue resolved.
