My girlfriend and I are over the road truck-drivers and were away from home alot. We have a mailbox and a newspaper box at the bottom of our driveway as well as a po box at our local post office. We have a formal notice on our account to deliver our mail to our po box if the mail is addressed to our house. Our normal carrier is on vacation. The person whom they enlisted to deliver our mail, did not deliver our mail. Did not leave a notice or even try to contact us. This person simply marked our home as vacant in the local post office and left us no notification. This person did not deliver our mail to our po box, and this person lied on official documents stateing that the mail was delivered to our box.

I have had some pretty bad experiences. Whoever delivers our mail CRAMS boxes into the mailbox so that you can barely get it out. Turns around in the yard while the ground is wet even though there is a full driveway available. When they do back up, they get stuck and just floor the gas until they gain traction from the ruts they leave in the yard. Most recently, our mail delivery person said they couldnt deliver packages because there was an obstacle in the driveway but there was no obstacles at all. We were home all day! They put one package in the mailbox (crammed of course) and the other package they took back to the post office because a wide open driveway is an obstacle apparently! Ugh.

Our mail carrier also stuffs boxes into our box so tightly that we have to smash them to get them out. Recently we had our mail stopped for a trip but had to cancel. I notified the PO that the mail should resume. Five days later, still no mail. Amazon has cancelled orders that were not able to be delivered by the mail carrier because no one was home. My husband works from home! This is the worst!

I love our regular driver out here on craigs church but when he is out and they put the LAZY sub in that WILL not deliver the packages.I had a small package scheduled for delivery today which is medication and nothing delivered, happens all the rime when we have a sub driver. It puts so much work on our guy di your work not half the work

Have always had good experience with the people here. Helpful, and when I used to ship things often they remembered me and would treat me like a friend. That being said, it is a post office and can get very busy, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

Janice at the post office is rude and ugly! After she was rude she ran and got her manager, Tina. If youre going to be rude dont run to your manager because you cant handle it. Post office sucks here. Attitudes and ugly faces!!!
