Horrible, horrible, horrible. This is the closest location to my house but everything about the service is horrible. They are slow, and forget about the management. Its the only location that will not refund your Express Mail Guarantee when it doesnt arrive in time if you purchase the shipping online even though the policy states on their website to go in store. They just keep telling you to go online. Ridiculous! *Update - The post masters manager kept telling me they cannot refund due to not knowing if I already got it somewhere else. How many times I could go and "cash in" my refund if I am supposed to fill out a form and they scan everything in!!! Its their procedure! Furious, since Ive already looked online and called the 1800 number to get the same answer, I asked them to find out where exactly to get my refund if not them. Guess what? They gave me my refund, it only took another 15 minutes. He didnt even come out to apologize.

Absolutely terrible! I didnt even make it over there because the person on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE! I called because I wanted to schedule an appointment to turn in my passport application and take my picture. The guy on the phone gave me a date that was almost two weeks away (which isnt the problem because I understand if they are booked with appointments). I told him that I cant do that date and he ABRUPTLY interrupted me and said sorry, bye!. Like, seriously? I will NEVER call them again or go there in my life!

My package has been sitting there for a week. I paid & had a confirmation online for it to be forwarded to another address. "supervisor" I spoke with was a total jerk. He was beyond rude. I dont tend to get angry with people on the phone, as its never their fault, but his attitude was 100% his fault. Called me a liar & didnt understand anything I was saying. Ive never been treated like that before by a business, let alone a supervisor.

Everything about this post office is terrible. Service is slow, staff are rude, redelivery requests are ignored, no one answers the phone and even IF you can get through the staff interrupt you and rush you off the phone. I even had a staff member hang up on me. Save yourself the headache.

Jesus where to begin. they are slow. they are rude. this office seems understaffed and underfunded. Heres the bottom line: i only go here when I have no choice. If i have a choice, its never the USPS and certainly not my local one, which has proven inept more than once.

Customer support is horrible, call them on the phone they sound like youre bothering them, as if they hate theyre job and dont want to assist. Im always calling because an item should be in my mailbox and 7/10 its in someone else.
