Until last week I would have given 5 stars. Anytime Ive gone in and used any services available things have been great and we havent had much trouble with the mail. But last week....I got a notice from Amazon that a package was delivered at 10:11. I got home at 10:15 and there was nothing on my porch. I called later in the day giving a chance for the package to still come thinking maybe they just prescanned. When I called the woman said that she had it had been delivered and she would get ahold of the mail carrier and call me back. Nothing. Next day I called and the same woman answered and very rudely stated that the mail carrier placed it on my front porch. I again insisted no it wasnt there and she again rudely said she would call back because she was going to check GPS coordinates. 20 mins later a lady from down the road brought my package to the door. Own up to your mistakes and dont get rude

The worst post office by far, not in PA, but in America. Since Christmas, we have not received mail, packages, and have had lost mail with no response from their office. I have called, spoke to members, supervisors, and filed complaints online and over the phone. Still to this day packages are missing and no track record even with tracking. When you call them they get snotty with you. They are not held accountable for their actions one bit. I refuse to use their post office for anything. I believe I have called/complained over a dozen times since Christmas.. They are unreal. Only giving one star because it wouldnt let me proceed without clicking one. 0/5

They are, by far, the worst post office i have ever dealt with. They never attempt to deliver any packages, they just put a slip in your mailbox. And, when I went to the facility to explain that I run a business from my home and need the packages actually delivered, I was treated with hostility and condescension. I use FedEx, UPS & DHL for as much as possible, just to avoid them. I cannot wait until I move out of the area so I do not have to deal with them anymore.

Great place to do business! Now, if I could just get them to to stop delivering the mail of the previous tenant of the of the apartment where we live. Just once I would like to go to the mailbox and retrieve my own mail,I mean it has been 2months!!Bless them LORD

Waynesboro post office need get with it 4 time my items is out for delivery.. in when i track my items off the site it saying 5 .. there is no way I got 2 day shiping it lay at post office it saying out for delivery.. dont make no sense

The worst customer service and not sure they even know what there doing. The manager dont even listen, just keep talking like she is rigth in everything what she said... Unfortunately it is a public service.

I called about a package I didnt receive, and she was very quick to shut me up, and hurried off the phone. Rude. Any other time I like our mail carrier, and service there.. lately its not doing well

Mail is superbly sorted for the carriers daily deliveries. Waynesboro must have the best PSE in the entire postal service!!!
