Brides beware! Was told this location would do hand cancelling, then came back a few hours later and was told they do not offer that and my wedding invitations would be shipped out with the other mail... after the manager took the box of envelopes out of my hand. The staff I encountered was very rude and its very frustrating to be told two different things for such an important piece of mail.

A lot of the mail magazines and envelopes I receive in the mail from this branch are shoved in the mailbox with no care and end up folded, ripped, and scratched. Update: When I called the first time to make a complaint, the woman who answered told me she was going to write it down and put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. XD

Staff is not hospitable or helpful. They wouldnt provide a small piece of tape and were forcing customers to buy them.. Ill stick to my other usps office where the staff is actually helpful.
