Went to send an RMA back to a manufacturer for replacement. I had a box that I recycled from some of our stuff at work, but didnt get a chance to slap a piece of packaging tape on it. After arriving I got in line and proceeded up to the counter. I explained that if he could please put a piece of tape on the box I would appreciate it. And he could charge me an extra dollar or so for the convenience of doing so. Instead of just saying No dont worry about it. Or yeah we can do that and put an extra charge. He made a snotty noise and said no ill do it. We cant be doing this though. This is why were having a rough time as a company. If my manage was here I would be in big trouble. We sell tape here right over there (pointed to materials to buy). Then he asked me if I wanted the insurance. And when I asked how it worked. He treated me like I should know how it works. To be honest, Why should I need to take insurance on something that should be guaranteed in the first place. When i order pizza for delivery, I dont put insurance on it that it will arrive in one piece. I expect it will be. I will never be going here again. And I know exactly why theyre doing horrible. They have no customer service skills. And from what Ive read, they dont take ownership of their mistakes. I will pay whatever at UPS or FED-EX. Theyve always been very friendly.

Worst Post office in america for Sure, I brought in 15 labels for refunds, Guaranteed Express Deliveries that were "guaranteed" and this post office still has yet to refund me for them. Brought them in well within the 30 day period, and have heard nothing back left a business card, as they were "too busy" to provide me service when i drove all the way out there solely to receive customer service. They are so disrespectful and not at all knowledgeable about their own services. Many of my customers have switched to UPS and Asendia to get their packages because of the poor service. If you want more information on how terrible this post office is I am not difficult to find, and very willing to explain my awful experiences with USPS located on Concord Rd. This place is a complete nightmare.

Ive been shipping packages here for 6 months, same boxes and postage every time. Today they tell me they refuse to take it and offer no alternative methods. I schedule home pick ups 5-6 days a week and the mail carrier only picks my packages once a week at the most. I scheduled a pickup yesterday, placed the package in my mailbox, put the flag up, no one picked it up. We didnt get mail that day so I assumed thats why and I scheduled it again for today. THE MAILMAN PUT MY MAIL ON TOP OF MY PACKAGE IN MY MAILBOX.... left the flag up. They do have a woman that works on the line who is a breath of fresh air and extremely bubbly. I hope to god they treat her better than they treat their customers.

Never had a terrible experience there. One time though I was in a rush to ship packages out before they close but found out they closed an hour later. anyway in my rush I forgot to reinforce the boxes with tape, asked the lady if I could use some tape and she said I needed to buy tape, which may be the rule but who follows those? So I opted to not pay along with that bs, went home and used my own and went back right before close and paid in exact change and made her stay a good 10 mins after closing time until I counted it all out. Other than that everyones been very helpful, just go in and quit complaining about them not answering the phone..

Id like to know what happened to my really good female postal carrier. A few years ago I had mailbox issues and had a mail hold until I replaced my mailbox. Never had a problem but at that time my back, shoulders and neck were better. Now probably 5-6 years later, frozen ground, broken mailbox, different carrier, constant pain(!!!) and multiple mail holds. The package I bought and paid for is listed as undeliverable and nothing else on the tracking number. Where did it disappear to, along with another package and important mail??? The spot where my mail was being held was empty and no clue where it is!! I want my good carrier back!!!

I called this office 2 days ago to report that I have not received a package the USPS system said was delivered. I left a voice mail for the lady to please contact me regarding the situation, she has yet to call me back. That day I called every 10 minutes for almost 2 hours and not a soul picked up the phone. Yes is was during normal business hours. I now have a package that only God knows where it is since today I got an email update saying it was "missent", What the heck does that mean??? Probably never find out since they never answer their phone or call back when you leave a message AND your phone number. Very,very bad customer service.

East York Post Office is awful. They dont answer the phone at all. You call and get a message saying that nobodys available to take you call, but it gives you an option to forward it anyway. (Yes, I called during regular business hours on a weekday). Once you do that, it either tells you your call cannot be completed and hangs up on you or it rings indefinitely. They determined a package of mine was undeliverable (for reasons unknown) and marked it to be returned. Im just trying to get my package... USPS is terrible. I hope they go under and leave postal services to the private sector.

Horrible....I concur with many of the experiences with this Post Office. They NEVER, EVER ANSWER THE PHONE! They may as well have a non-published number, or no phone! For all we know this number may ring out in the middle of a desert with the tumbleweed going by. For the life of me I dont understand this type of customer service. If by chance in this lifetime someone does answer the phone , retrieve messages, or read emails, could you please convey to the powers that be, that we the people have spoken and you may as well close the doors!

Worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. They dont answer the phone, they dont return calls. Even when you go in and talk to someone there never seems to be the person that needs to help you there so they take message to have them call which never happens. This location is prime example of why we need to privatize the mail system. Customer service and support is not something they are apparently aware of!!!! Wish I had another option!

The people there always seem nice and pleasant but I tried calling for a passport 3 years ago and could never get anyone and now I just tried to call for a package that tracking is showing undeliverable as addressed to try to fix it and of course their phones still endlessly loop and no one answers and you cant leave a voicemail. Very frustrating! How can they not answer their phones or have voicemail for YEARS and not get in trouble??
