I have been there twice to ship packages and both times the same lady was working there, I dont know her name but she has very close cropped hair and glasses and is the rudest US postal worker I have ever encountered. I printed out shipping labels online following the directions to a T and went to drop off my package. She took a completely B*****y tone with me and said that I had to walk home and print out other ones or buy a new one there. I called the US Postal service and they said she was wrong and that I had to stand strong against her. She has been mean to other members of my family as well. This woman needs to be fired asap.

I called to check on a package I shipped to my daughter. I spoke to the rudest postal worker EVER, which is really saying something if youve ever had to deal with them. The woman I spoke to wouldnt even check to see if the package was in their facility. I asked to speak to a manager and she said SHE was the manager. Wow, that P.O. is in trouble if thats true. I reordered the item and made sure that it was sent directly to my daughters house to bypass this post office. I hope I (and my daughter) never have to deal with them again.

Nonchalant, dis-interested behavior. I left 2 boxes for shipping yesterday and today only one is track-able; the other has pre-shipment status. I called the PO for clarification and the clerk said the box wasnt there, and that I should have gotten a receipt. Sloppy service.

Dont expect a pleasant experience. Rude passive aggressive cry bullies with chips on their shoulders work there. Total unprofessional scum who actually complain about having to work when they are helping you. The place has a third world country vibe to it overall.

Checked the state department website for passport accepting locations, and this was listed as the top result nearesource me. When I showed up, I was told "I dont care what the website says, we dont do passports here".

Rudest postal workers ever. Youre better off going to Kensington even if its a little further. At least the staff there isnt sarcastic and doesnt treat you like an idiot.
