Cafe Wichitphant

The post office itself is fine, employees are helpful and proper most of the time. I have no problem with them at all. My main complaint is one of the USPS carriers. S/he didnt even ring the door bell when I was waiting at home all day for my international package, and it does not even require a signature. So this lazy ass carrier decided to dropped all the mails and delivery notice paper which marked "No Authorized Recipient Available". S/he also ignored the fact that we have 3 cars parked right in front of the house lol. So it was clear that s/he didnt want to drop off my package from the beginning. Basically its a "F-u, Im lazy af.. you can come pick up the package yourself". Oh, also that brainless USPS carrier gave me delivery notice paper with the wrong USPS office address (It says Annandale branch, instead of this one in Arlington). Its a shame that some of those Arlington USPS carriers couldnt even do their job properly and decided to be super lazy about it.

Ive used this Post Office for years and always found it pleasant. Yes it is crowded at certain times but the wait is never too bad and the employees have always been helpful and pleasant. My household delivery is another thing. For the past 6 months it has been terrible -- misdelivered mail and sometimes mine never gets here.

Hard to contact, poor service, not enough employees/long lines as others have mentioned. Delivered to wrong address multiple times & delivered fairly late multiple times (several days with no weather events despite enhanced shipping rates).

When I need to mail a package to a shady state from a Post Office I can trust, I use this location. Judy and the staff are so nice and honest. I feel like family.

a much better than average USPS... team is friendly, easy to work with... my delivery guy "Klumi" and "Judy - Judy - Judy" inside are GREAT !!!
