Update: I now have to update my review again to a negative review. Over and over. I complain and they make things right for a while then its back to the same old thing time and time again. They keep switching out their folks and then you always get stuck with new problems. Now my current postal person folds all my stuff in half and damages everything before it gets here. I have actually had to return some of it at my expense which is even more irritating when it says its Federally Insured. Some of the stuff looks like someone ran over it. Some of its all folded up even though it says important documents inside or please dont fold. I want to add my mailbox is very large and there is no reason to fold my stuff. The last person a month and a half ago didnt. Some people just dont use common sense. I will be following this up with a complaint to the post master general. Another update: They constantly provide tracking info stating my stuff was delivered when it wasnt.

Awful customer service. Went to pick up a package that was overnighted to their location, was told I could not pick it up and if I wasnt going to be home when it was dropped off I could put my mail on a 3 day hold. If I paid for over night shipping why in the world would I want to then put it on a 3 day hold.

The Woodbine USPS, really needs to get their act together. I have received others mail, destroyed packages, a carrier has forged signature, and even packages that have been opened and product taken out.

Slow service, small customer area fills up quickly with customers waiting. Priority Mail shipping boxes of larger sizes seem to be in short supply.

Horrible customer service and condescending staff. Drive an extra mile and see Linda at the Lisbon post office.
