Today my husband and I needed to just purchase a Money Order and the female employee was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and clueless. Also, she kept telling us it was almost her Lunch break and she was so hungry. She was laughing at us to her coworker. The 2 ladies acted like they were at a bar not at work. My husband and I were appalled at such Terrible customer service! Also, her hair was wild and a wreck. Truly Amazing! I have never come across such an unprofessional post office in my life.

Im so surprised to see all the negative reviews I just have to jump in. My experience has been nothing but positive with this post office. I live within walking distance so it is usually my go to post office. I have been there 2-3 times in the last six months. It does get busy at times and many of the patrons do not speak English as their primary language. Even so, the staff I have worked with have been friendly, courteous, and competent. Exceptionally so, in my opinion.

I send a package to Gaithersberg but put the wrong zip code and ended up at Derwood. The track stated that it was delivered but the package was not received so I called Gaithersberg. Daniel was very helpful. Not only did he check, he called the mailman. It was great to see how helpful both Daniel and the mailman were. You have a wonderful staff. Thank you so much for all your help

DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude and unprofessional. Post office worker literally said she "didnt have time for that" when I asked her to get me flower stamps instead of regular flag stamps after having waited in line for over 15 min.

Got there before 2 mins before close they try not let me in and I only need to pickup a package. Too bad where I live is handle by this post office and they miss placed mail to my mail box... Have complain but not improvement...

Horrible customer service, my wife just had a baby and went there to mail a package, the women at the front desk didnt have any empathy and refused to help her, seriously this po need some real revamp and new people.

This place cant do a simple job and the schedule is wrong on this. I wasted my lunch break just to find this place closed. Never want to use this place again.

Dumbest postal employees around. The only thing they can do proficiently is sell stamps. Nothing ever goes smoothly in this place. Avoid like the plague.
