I go out of my way to New Windsor to avoid the long lines at Westminster. A week before Christmas the outdoor mailboxes were so full people (like me) had to go inside just to leave mail and truthfully, the INDOOR slide ones were almost as bad! If you live, as I do, off Long Valley Road, expect a new mailperson every 3 months = never knowing time mail will be delivered or whos mail you are going to receive...and who has yours! Today I had 4 pieces of mail that belonged to my next door neighbor. Unfortunately, this has become the "norm". Christmas season was a real nightmare! Deliveries into the evening hours and MANY incorrect mailings!

The carrier who services Back Woods Road finds the need to honk an excessive amount of times in driveways where packages are being delivered. Ive been told by a less than helpful associate over the phone that they cant stop them due to potential safety issues that the driver may face (dogs, etc). Why it is that its excusable to honk 10 times to see if someone is home, I dont know. Its laziness. The same carrier has repeatedly delivered several pieces of mail to our mailbox that were for homes 4 houses down. The addresses are not even remotely similar.

Live on Main St. in Westminster and our regular carrier will not go around to the side of our building where our door is (ground floor)to deliver a package. He/she always just leaves a notice that no one was here to recieve whether I am here or not. The Saturday carrier will knock on our door, but not the regular carrier. Such poor service. I have lived many places in the U.S. and this is by far the worst carrier ever! Oh yes and I can never get an answer when I call the Westminster PO, always a busy signal or no answer.

I was at the post office today and I walked in and asked Scott if someone could help me with a question, his response: who would help you we are all busy. Shes busy, shes busy, Im busy. He had very poor customer service skills. After that I waited in line and Dinah helped me. She was so kind and sweet she even helped me tape all my boxes up. Over all I would only come Back if Dinah is working. :)

It takes 8 days for them to deliver a package 15 min away. The phones are never answered and delivery information is never updated. You can wait for your package and still get a "we missed you" slip in your mail box. Trying to pick up packages yourself is a nightmare as they are loaded on trucks in a timely manner and then forgotten about. Staff is friendly but unorganized.

This is how the Westminster, MD (21157) Post Office delivers packages. Ive complained to the office twice in the recent past about this but my lazy carrier still throws my packages on the ground instead of walking them 20 feet to my covered porch. If I ran my small business like USPS I wouldnt have a business!

We never know when we are going to get our mail. Who is delivering our mail now has passed eight mailboxes without stopping. It is 6 oclock on August 31 and we still dont have Mail. I think we have a substitute that doesnt know what theyre doing. I am very disappointed in our mail service.

so hard to get them to answer. what kind of post office always has a busy signal? either way, this post office is nice and quick and efficient, but the phone system are crappp. pure unadulterated crap.

I get my checks every Sat. And there is no consistentcy at all their projected time to get ur mail is voodoo it says 1230 on here Ive never gotten a check that early had to wait till 5pm last week

Always great. Nice employees. Never know what you will encounter. Like a girl picking up a box of Lil peeps... all you heard were these Lil peeps... so funny.
