This post office could do better. Employees are just doing the minimum. When you walk there or call or the phone with a complaint of undelivered parcel, the front office do not have any clue. You will be referred to the postmaster Robin, who is never available: She just step out, she will come back at 15:00 .. and when you call back at 15:00 nobody is there is to pick up the phone. When you finally get a hold on Robin, she will promise to call you back. And you never heard back from her again until you decide again to go meet her again, to hear that she is not in, and you decide to give up This is our taxpayer money and this all about customer service, you do not do us a favor to serve us. It is your duty, that is the reason why you get paid for.

Today my mail came to me in my mail box looking like it fell in a puddle of water. There was no explanation for the reason of my mail looking like it did. This is not be respected of others mail. The week before I received a Calendar that was pushed in my mail box.

I feel like this office tries hard and is good enough. Most employees are friendly but a few can do better at customer service. It also could use a self-service scale, and sometimes the automatic service after hours does not work here.

Slow as hell. The alternate mail carrier forgets to drop off my parcels ALL THE TIME and then I spend over a half hour trying to get through to these idiots to explain the incident. Morons.
