WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! My daughter just returned from having her eyebrows done here. They had a "new girl" do them... and the result was DISASTROUS!!! Do not go here. They even admitted to the terrible job by not accepting payment!!!! I am contacting the store manager tomorrow because this experience is inexcusable from a salon that supposedly has professionals providing the services. I used to go there to have my hair done -- a cut and color would take forever because the stylist would book so many people at the same time. I would have to wait while she dealt with one. two, three other customers or more. I now go to another salon that is not a chain. I get complete attention, the service is efficient and professional, and get this -- the price is the same!! This Hair Cuttery is a shady operation staffed by stylists who barely know what they are doing... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been going to this salon for years and I just cant do it anymore. The quality is low, the service poor, and the employees rude. I have long hair (hip length) and get hassled for it every time I walk in. Every time I hear "too long" or "too much"! I also never get the cut I ask for. One day Ill ask for three inches off and only get one inch, another day Ill ask for four inches and get eight inches off instead (true story)! Having the hairdressers mock you in other languages isnt very enjoyable either. If you treasure your hair and your dignity, dont go here.

Ive never had any real issues with this salon. They havent really cut exactly how Ive asked, but I ended up liking the result anyway. Only had haircuts, never any other services, but I think the stylists are qualified. Just make sure you are extra clear on what you want, especially if you are looking for a specific result. In my case maybe I ended up happy with the result even though it wasnt what I asked for.

Poor customer service. The stylist that worked on my hair kept stopping to answer her cell phone every time she had a phone call... she shampooed my hair effortlessly with one hand and she cut my hair too short and left it uneven... never going back!

I wish there was 0 stars. The so called "stylists" here absolutely blow! I gave no tip, paid and stormed out. She chopped my hair, then planned to cut more. I would be bald if I didnt leave. Abysmal location! You will have no hair when you leave here!

I thought Ill try another location. This one is worst than main st. Stay away from Lorenza. I had long hair and by the time she was finished I had short hair when I asked for a trim. I am so done with Hair Cuttery, and Im moving on to another salon.

She is talktive. She cant do any thing. She can talk all the time. She said 26 years experience. But she cannot do hair cut properly. I can do better than her. She spend 3 minutes for hair cut.
