This place is horrible. The woman who cut my hair not only did not give me a shampoo but also didnt know how to cut my hair or listen to directions. I asked for a fade... which she did not know how to do. I asked her to trip the top, she cut the front part of my hair and did not cut the rest (the top or the back) and looked at me like she was done and asked if it was ok... Obviously not... Why would I come for a haircut to have only the front of my hair cut? This was ridiculous. A haircut that should have taken 20 minutes took close to 45 minutes because she kept asking me if it was done, and it never was. I eventually got to a point where it was enough for me to leave, but I still have to ask my wife to fix it because it is HORRIBLE. I will never go back to this place ever again.

16 dollar regular hair cut is a good price. Ive had at least half of the people there cut my hair. Im a guy and keep my hair about 1.5 inch. Some people are better than others. If you are a picky person you have to be specific with the way you want your hair or it may look bad. Such as say to not use a razor, thin out the top, make the bangs not a straight line, etc. Or else you may end up with a bowl cut. Other than 1 or 2 people, everyone else is professional, and welcoming. You just have to put up with them trying to sell you their overpriced shampoo after you get your haircut. And they also try to get all your contact information just to get a haircut.

Ive always been scared to trust someone with my hair. But Eduardo took such great care of me that I actually go back to get my hair treated, trimmed. At first, I was nervous due to my only having one stylist my entire life & when she retired I was Syu scared. I went to Eric Alexander for a single hair color, ended up paying $250 for a color I was unhappy with & a terrible cut. NEVER going to that salon in Montgomery Mall again. Ask for Eduardo!!! I felt so much better & my hair hasnt been this healthy and beautiful for a long time. Thank you Eduardo so much for the best service EVER!!! Cant wait for color soon!!

I Went to get a haircut for prom, and the people who were supposed to do my hair were shocked, and made me leave because they thought there was something "crawling" in my hair. Upon further investigation, i realized that what they were scared of were the spots of hair dye on my head, which they mistook for bugs...As a result, i had to do my hair myself which made me late for dinner reservations. :(( I have been a customer here for the past couple years, but after this experience, i dont think i will ever be coming back here again.

Honestly, I only went here because I needed a quick cut and didnt want to spend the time/money going to my usual hairdresser, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kayla, who did my hair, was very friendly, professional, and cut my hair exactly how I asked her to. I ended up adding a deep conditioning treatment - she told me of the additional charge before I agreed to it, and she did not try to push me to buy products after my hair was done. Because of the great service, close proximity, and very reasonable prices, I am sure I will be back.

I never seem to get the haircut I want: a Vidal Sassoon symmetrical stacked Bob, LOBGER IN THE FRONT. I ask for IT every time from Rockville to Potomac, and if I do get something close to it, I cant replicate when I get home. I asked Mimi at Kentlands and she followed what I asked, not giving me something all shaggy and snippy. She made the cut so that I just jumped out of the shower, curled the sides with my hair dryer and stacked the back. Love it! THANK YOU, MIMI!

I got a very simple buzz-cut (#1 all around), and somehow the incompetents here managed to do a poor job with that. When I got home I noticed a couple of areas of my head had hairs sticking out. I dont remember the name of the "stylist" who did my haircut, but she clearly did not pay attention to what she was doing. Definitely not worth the price.

Was hesitant at first due to a bad experience years ago at a different location. Fara was amazing and guided me through what I wanted. She was very professional and honest. I love the color, cut, and style. Received compliments all day long on my hair and color! Definitely will go back.

Waited for almost a half hour!! And ended up walking out and going to a different location to get right in as soon as we got there!! Even while two stylists were done and not doing anything at the Kentlands location!! Not good customer experience!! Would not recommend going.

I have been going there for years and I always got okay people. I never really liked my hair until today. Jessica is amazing. She gave me side bangs which I asked for and showed me how to style them in the morning. She was truly giving me what I asked for and I am so happy.

Worst haircut I ever had. Mimi didnt even look at me, just started cutting my hair and went up too much with the cutting machine and now its uneven. Seriously, I have never been so disappointed with a haircut like now.

I have been going here for hair cuts for the last 4 years. People are great. I get in and out quick. Prices are great! They are always busy so guess they are doing something right..... =)
