This is beyond an annoying experience. Unfortunately this morning before my appointment I had some major complications come up that are quite frankly no ones business. I could not make my 12pm appointment nor could I call to tell them I could not make it. So I receive a text from them asking if I was still coming. When I could respond I told them about the complications and that I would not be coming. She then proceeded to text me saying word for word "thanks for the advance notice". Now I understand I was disrespectful of her time but theres no need for such passive aggression. She simply could have said. "Okay thank you. Next time could you let us know in advance if you wont be making it." Its that simple. I called her out on her rudeness and she began to back track, claiming she had "no attitude". I will NEVER call this salon/trash spa ever again. I suggest you dont either. Not to mention the day before when I made the appointment I was also spoken to very rudely. She simply answered the phone with a blunt rude hello. No introduction. Nothing. Just "HELLO?!" As if it was a problem that I called. I cant imagine if their customer service is this bad over the phone that theyd be horrible in person.

I am still in shock with this companys work. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I can only try to describe the way i am currently feeling. I wanted to get a full set of lash extensions. She was pretty much booked solid but did everything she could to fit me in before saturday. She was so kind and caring on the phone. When i arrived i immediately noticed how clean and just beautiful and relaxing the spa was. As we were about to start the lashing process she explained every single thing to me and as we were going along. She was SO gentle!!! After seeing my lashes on i was soooo pleased and just so grateful for her work. i will NEVER. EVER. go ANY where else. I can not get over her work. Her prices are amazing and the quality is just insanely gorgeous. Im SO SO happy with my new GORGEOUS eyelashes!! I cant wait to see you again in 2 weeks.

I cannot write up enough good things to say. I called Meloni on a whim looking for an appointment for a pedicure and she had an opening within a few hours. I received her Spa Pedicure and it was simply rejuvenating. Not only was her foot/leg massage to die for, she is such a good soul and an easy person to talk to. Her space is relaxing and quiet and so refreshing compared to the loud, crammed nail salons were used to. Shes made a customer for life for sure. If youre looking for somewhere to go, please stop searching and call Meloni and book an appointment. Seriously, do yourself a favor.

I have had several massages from Nasser and this mans hands are heaven sent. Im a serious tennis player, mother, career woman and when I come home to Virginia the body says, "Get a Massage From Nasser" before leaving town. Have had a pedi and mani from Meloni and I must say shes pretty great and the conversation will go everywhere. Totally recommended if you want a peaceful, relaxing environment with a cost than caters to your wallet not theres. This is truly the place to go.

Thank goodness I found Melanie! I was in Richmond Memorial Day Wkend for a wedding & staying at the Omni. After the long airport trudge on Friday, I badly needed a massage..(but who would I find at short notice on Saturday Mem.Day wkend??). Melanie called right back and came to the Omni with her skills and table for 90 minutes. Wonderful massage and Im a long time patient of MT. I highly recommend her. Thank you, Melanie !!

I have had several services with Waterfalls Salon & Spa, each one has been a wonderful experience. I recently had a facial with Waterfalls that was awesome. My face felt like it was light as air. I plan to start having regular facials at least once a month. What I love about Waterfalls is they educated you on the importance of taking care of your skin and body. Nasser and Melonie are very professional and personable.

Perfect location. My first massage was a great experience. I felt totally welcomed and relaxed. Very professional. The massage it self was excellent. Music and atmosphere was relaxing. I felt once the massge was over, I was being rushed to leave... even with that being said i would still go back!
