I usually dont post review unless any service/product is too bad. This place is horrible place. Very first time the stylist was not that bad, then purchased their store card. next few times that I went my experience was so so bad. Never had that much bad hair cut in my entire life. So rude staff, they got even more rude if you ask them how you want your haircut to be. I ended up saying nothing with my hair ruined. I could have understand if that happens one time but its not, it happened next each time that went there. Service was so so bad that I would prefer pay some extra and would go other place. Once again HORRIBLE PLACE !!! Someone said right they dont even deserve a single star. HORRIBLE.

I called for an appointment on phone and received confirmation on phone for haircut.Upon arrival so was asked to be seated.Waited for almost 30 minutes for my turn. Then the lady came and informed me that she cannot take me for haircut since she can only accommodate 2 in the interest of time and invited two other persons who checked in online. Upon questioning she said that they dont guarantee phone appointments except online check-Ins. This was news to me. I wasted 1 hour of my time today for the entire episode visiting this branch. Please do not trust phone appointment confirmation with this franchise. The employees were arrogant too while responding to my concern.Stay away from it....

I go here often since they offered coupons last year. My visit was at 530 pm on a Saturday. The place closes @ 7pm. I got a regular mens haircut for $13 and a $2 forced tip. The service was rushed. The haircut took less than 5 mins. The stylist didnt acknowledge the end of haircut, she simply walked away to help another customer. I had to let myself back to register after few mins. During the haricut, the stylist verbally said why are these people coming in this late. we need to close. At the register the cashier verbally asked for tip before I put signed the credit receipt. (which I was planning to do anyway) I guess go early in the morning when the stylists are less grumpy?

Unfortunately, this Great Clips location has abysmally bad customer service. There is tremendous turnover at this location (I have never seen the same stylists working there twice) and management is completely incomponent if not wholly absent. I have been turned away from this salon when arriving toward the end of the day because the less-than-motivated workers want to close up shop and get home early (never mind the fact that the operating hours are plastered on the front door and the "open" sign glows ironically in the window). This is a thoroughly terrible business that I cant imagine will be open much longer - the owner(s) of this franchise should be ashamed!

Horrible place. cheap, but very very rude. She got my hair wet and then told me that it was extra 5 bucks for just blow drying my hair. They should tell you that before they get your hair wet! This happedned to me before in other salons and then I requested just to dry out a little bit, cause I lived just 5 in away from the salon, so I could just go home and bow dry my hair myself and they kept my request. But at great clips, the lady was really annoyed at my request and kept telling me "this will cost you extra" like 5 times! They have very bad customer service. I am never going back there again.

The lady cutting my hair blew all the cut hair in my face. After she was done, I got up and she blew all of the hair in my jacket. I asked to a damp rag to wipe the small pieces of hair off my face and off my head, and she said they dont have rags, which is a lie. Every other Great Clips I have been to gladly hands me a damp rag. I left a $0.50 tip (generous considering the bad service and lies), and she marked it out and said she doesnt need my tip. Thats fine, she doesnt need my business either. I normally tip a large percentage, but she will never see that.

Worst worst and worst experience... Oh my god the lady Barbour named Tina, she is the pain in my bum... Standing near to me, while servicing.. she talks alot in Chinese with their colleagues and literally I told her not to shout near my ears... And bcoz of that talks she forget the style I requested for my hair cut... Finally I just moved off from that place with grudges... Foolish lady and the final touch makes me irritating after these many bad instances, she is asking for tips while am paying the bill... Stay away from this shop... Unprofessional staffs...

Horrible service!?!?, and everything goes good till the end. but when we are near to the payment, the problem starts... The Stylist TINA forced us for the tip, and we happily gave the tip for 2$. suddenly she started to making fun on us saying that something in the Chinese language to other employees about our tip amount. We really felt very bad that situation makes embarrassing moment for us. Immediately after stepping out of the shop, i called the Customer care and logged a complaint against the LADY TINA. Beware of this shop!!!

Its a Franchise and at times it has change Owners so I have different experiences... Right now Feb 2017 I get good Service depending on who is working.... They have and APP so you can get on a waiting list for Services but you can just walk in... They do have some Stylist that do good work because I been coming for over 5 years (different MANAMENT at times)

We live in the area and this is the nearest great clips. Pathetic experience every time I have been here. Very Very Very tough to communicate with the 100% Asian staff here. The haircut in my last visit was terrible and moreover they force you to tip them. Am done with haircuts at this location. Hope the Great Clips team can do something about this soon.

Yup, I unfortunately found out its true. Went today, got my haircut and I can honestly say I think I could have done a better job myself while blindfolded. It was seriously the worst haircut I think Ive ever gotten. I definitely will never be going back there again.

I had a bad experience here. I brought gift card and I said i misplaced it when i went next time. I asked if they can help me they were more in no mood to help me. They were more worried about forced tip. Avoid it ..... Not worth a penny.

Had a bad haircut experience for my son. It was more noticeable once he showered so we took him back. Another lady fixed it up well but it should never have been chopped up so bad to begin with.
