I went in for a color and cut yesterday. The lady colored my hair beautifully and then after I waited for the 40 minutes for the color to set in she washed my hair, put in conditioner and went off saying, what sounded like :two minutes " to me. I sat there and watched as she helped another customer. I could not get the attention of any of the other employees walking by as everyone seemed busy. Finally after she was done with the customer and was tidying up her place , I called to her and asked if she was going to finish washing my hair. Then she walked over and said the deep conditioning takes 10 minutes. I asked if this was included in the color and she said , "yes". Then having no time for the haircut, I went to pay and was charged $7 extra for the deep conditioning. She never asked if I wanted the conditioning and then in answer to my query of it being included in the color, she said "yes". If that is not tricking the customer, I do not what it is. I have been going there for several years for my haircut and they have always done a great job. The employees are friendly and polite. But yesterdays experience shocked me, and I do not think I will go back there again.

I had a hair cut done by Elizabeth and I liked it.. Though, she made a slight mistake, overall the work was good. So, today I suggested my wife and her friend to get their hair done there (blow dry/straightening).. We were totally shocked. It was the worst I had seen.. My wife had done in Elden Street hair cuttery, the other at John Milton dr.. both were good.. But this was the worst, and inspite of that, they charged $40 for my wife and $71 for my wifes friend (coz she had long hair)... total waste of money and time.. Now, Im redoing the hair at home (my work is definitely better than theirs.. I have the ConAir straightener at home).

I have gotten my haircut there for the past 3 years and everyone is sok nice I always look great in the end. But my favorite part of the haircut is the shampoo. It is always so relaxing, go there and enjoy friendly service, a great shampoo service, and a great haircut at an awsome value
