Worst experience ever. The worst part of it is that I have them 2 chances to make it right. And they didnt. First I took my son for a shape up and my husband but they screwed theyre hair. My husband was so upset at me afterwards for taking him here. I just thought they knew what they were doing. Then again for the second visit.. I went in for a blow dry. I wanted my hair straight since is curly. I told this lady before she even started with me.. that my hair was curly and it was very hard for anyone to straighten . That was the reason why I rarely straighten it.. but she assured me she knew what she was doing. And before she started with the blow dryer..she out like 6 different hair creams,,gels, oils etc.. . And I kept asking her if she was sure if what she was doing.. bcuz every other time Ive gotten my hair straight no one puts anything on it.. even I know that but doing so it will kill the volume. And Im not a hair stylist. I was so dissapoited with her. I almost made her wash it and walk out the same way I came in. The only lyrics reason I didnt was bcuz I had a graduation to attend to in half an hour.when I left this place out tied hair up in a bun bcuz it looked so terrible..so puffy so dried...and spongy.. I was pissed. Then a third time my mother took my teenage son for a hair cut.. my son was so upset. He didnt get the hair cut he wanted nor the shape up. This lady cut him by the ear and screwed hes beautiful curls . Left him completely bold. And that was not the hair cut he wanted. So yeah you guys stink. I think all of you need to go back to take some classes about hair cuts. NEVER AGAIN. EVEN IF YOU GUYS ARE JUST 2MINS AWAY FROM ME. I RATHER DRIVE 30 MINS TO A HAIR SALON THAT KNOWS THEYRE JOB AND ALSO KNOW HOW TO PLEASE THEYRE CUSTOMERS FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!!!! YOU GUYS AND YOUR HAIR CUTS ARE A JOKE.!!!!!!

Bad hair cut. For some reason I want to try hair cuttery for a hair cut and I really dont like it at all. The first stylist didnt look passionate on what she does since she only want to chop the length like I would do it at home by myself. She told me that she couldnt do my hair because she forgot that she has her other appointment waiting for her so the switched me to another stylist that after she cut my hair offered me to come back in case it doesnt look good. Well here I am, with the worst hair cut ever, the left part of my hair is different from the right one, the ends are mess up badly that I cant do a pony tail any more, I dont want them to fix it at all, the only thing I want is my money back. I called today and they said there is not manager Available today to take care of my call, if I want my money back I have to call tomorrow. I asked if they could please call me back and she didnt even ask for my name or phone number.

I took my two year old here for her first hair cut today. We entered the establishment and were not acknowledged. I guess they were busy with their 3 customers ( one sitting under the dryer hood). So we sit down and wait. Two of the staff were out at their stations cutting hair. The others were inside a room with the door open, possibly on a break. These ladies kept looking at us and continued talking.10 mins and we remain unacknowledged. A lady enters the shop and was immediately greeted. The new entrant sits down for about 5 mins before a ladyfrom the breakroom emerges and goes up to her and asks if she has signed in. The lady indicates to us and says that we were here first, to which the staff member mumbles that we were waiting for some one and proceeds get the lady into a chair. At this point I conclude that we are not welcome here and leave. I guess we were not the right ethnicity/ race.

I nor my wife will ever go here or recommend this place to anyone. My wife has long hair and wanted to get her hair layered but was told it is impossible to layer long hair. She when to a different salon and got her hair cut and style for $35

I have been getting my hair cut here for sixteen years and with few exceptions have been very pleased. Some of the ladies have been working there for years and always remember my name!

The cut I get here is decent, and the people were friendly. Just about everything is extra though... cut $15, blow dry $10, slightly better shampoo? $15... it adds up quick.
