My experience in this salon happens to be one of the horrible and worst ones.! Ive been there for my hair cut .! I walked in with a mid-long beautiful hair wanting it just to be shortened.! The lady there chopped my hair into half as well as my heart..! I was so unhappy with their service and even happened to be the most inhospitable people i came across till date..! I just showed my displeasure and she inturn starts arguing me saying tht she did it as I insisted and she is at no fault.! Tht lady claimed to be a manager when I asked her if i can talk to the store manager..! She didnt even cut down on the money when requested and gave me a 10% discount coupon for my next visit..! little did she know who would ever visit that hair cuttery after a horrible experience, only those who are emotionally connected to the hair and its tendency would know what it is like..! The worst experience till date.! Dear, Hair cuttery..! I hope U soon get to know that what a spread of bad word does..!

For years Ive been raving about Hair Cuttery but today I was completely appalled. I took my 6 year old niece in for a treat. I used the first available stylist for each of us. Her stylist wanted to charge $56 for a condition. trim, and blow dry (her hair was wet from earlier so she opted not to shampoo). My stylist added an extra charge because my hair is "different" not long not now just different. After several years of patronage, this Hair Cuttery has lost my business.

Beware- Instead of being concerned about you and your appearance, they are concerned about upselling you services, so they can charge you more; especially if you are a male with any amount of grey in your hair! Such a short-sighted business model. They might be making more money at the moment, however, they wont be retaining the customer for future business. One angry wife!

Fall Day

Really bad. Went in to wax my eyebrows today. The lady didnt even know how waxing was done. At the end when I got up my eyebrows were as bushy and messy as I had come in to fix them at the start. As a result, I had to come home and redo it myself. Waste of money and time both!!! When I told her I didnt like it, she said, she knew better.

Ask for Andrea! I have had bad experiences with other hair stylists there before, but she understands the latest hair trends and styles. As a college student obessed over my haircut, I would reccomend her.
