Not even worth the one star. Worst experience EVER. Katherine claims to know how to do hair, yet I was told I could only go darker not lighter. After bieng told I had to have 2 different color systems on my hair my roots came out about 4 shades lighter than the rest of my hair. She tried to say it didnt look bad and justify her distasteful work with the "it looks better than when you walked in" excuse. My "side bangs" I requested were very bluntly cut in a straight line and had strands that were about 3 inches longer than the rest. When she was washing my hair she forgot to rinse the underneath TWICE.... This was the absolute WORST experience and the most unprofessional excuse for a cosmetologist to ever touch my hair. PLEASE do NOT waste your time or money on this place!!!! Poor excuse for a "salon".

Great service and friendly staff. Went to get my hair braided and it was the best price out of anyone close to the area. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs to get their hair done in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality. They also know how to handle and take care of natural hair for people of color.

I came to Regis a disaster. I just had my hair highlighted two days ago and I hated the five different tones that I had on my hair. Yasmine was my hairstylist and fixed my hair. She did an amazing job and my hair was done as I wanted it to be in the first place. Thanks Yasmine!
