Wonderful experience! I had an appointment for Bubbles salon down stairs in the mall. After arriving at that appointment and waiting 30 minutes. They told me the person I was scheduled with was running 2 hours behind and that I either come back or schedule another day and no one else was available to help me. I left extremely frustrated as this continued my run of bad luck with hair salons in Ashburn. Well, what a blessing that was! I stumbled into Oasis salon and told the receptionist what happened and asked if they could fit me in. She was so nice and accommodating! She moved things around and fit me immediately with Tereza. Tereza is phenomenal! She listened and understood exactly what I wanted and was trying to accomplish with my hair, something 2 other salons had yet to do. Not only did she get it, but she explained what she was doing the entire time and made sure I was ok with it. During the process the receptionist ( I didnt catch her name unfortunately) check in with me to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Wow! My hair turned out beautifully and was exactly what I needed to fix the color. I am so grateful to the receptionist and Tereza for turning my night around. I highly recommend this salon as it is the best I have found in the Ashburn area. They are talented and care about the customer experience. Even the person that checked me out when I was done, as the original receptionist had left for the day, was friendly and great. Excellent customer service all around!

Upon arrival, I mentioned that I had a gift certificate.When I took the gift certicate out the receptionist said, " Those giftcards have expired - we have new cards! I mentioned it was purchased Valentines Day of last year. She scanned the card and said she could see there is $65 on it, but it was no longer good! Totally upsurd! It would be one thing if she said our prices have gone up and I would have pay to the difference, but she did not. I had her call the owner/manager who said she would only honor anything more than a pedicure. This meant she was keeping $25 of this giftcard. The new card has an expiration date but the one before that did not. In my eyes that is theft!!! Also, the manicurist cut my toe and I asked for antiseptic, she applied acetone. What!!!! In the age of mega mutant viruses I cant believe they had nothing in place. Did they sanitized anything- I wonder. I had her search for at least alcohol. When she applied polish, she seperated my toes with twisted toilet paper! Very professional., huh? Never again -but I want that money back in product!

I recieved a spa package for valentines day, was so excited. The message was not that great. Her phone was vibrating during my massage. She checked it but did not answer it... so I was irritated. The worst part was the manicure. The girl had rough hands, seemed irritated while giving the manicure. I pointed out a few rough spots that needed to be fixed/ filed... made her more irritated... and when I left my nails were still rough, (I was afraid to point anything else out to her)... My nails chipped with in 2 days!

We moved to the D.C. area in January, and I continuously searched for a salon that met my needs. I finally found what I was looking for in Oasis Aveda, and more importantly, Alicia. She is a professional and a perfectionist. She remembers the customers preferences, always has a positive attitude, and gives an amazing scalp massage. I recommended Alicia to my wife, and Alicia now has two members of this family as loyal customers.

Angela, the massage therapist, is WONDERFUL! Ive had 2 massages in the past and they were both extremely painful and I hated them. I received a gift card for my birthday and decided to try it. I expressed my bad experiences to Angela and she COMPLETELY changed my outlook on massage therapy. It was the most relaxing experience ever! I cant wait for my next session with her!

Love this salon. Shampoo girl fantastic and Eddie who cuts and styles my hair is best ever. I have naturally curly, fine and thinning hair, but you would never know it after he is finished. Getting lots of compliments. Thank you.

It is a typical mall salon, but Getta is the only one that I would let cut my hair. I have thick curly/wavy hair and she is the only one I have found that can cut it. I come up here on business from SC and see her when I can.

Everything about this "spa" is bad. The girls working the front desk were rude, the spa was dirty, loud music blared the entire time and the stylist did the worst job coloring my hair that I have ever experience. Dont go.

The girl did a horrible job on my nails! I had bumps on the nails from cotton. She also rushed and only painted 3/4 of the nail surface. Awful! Waste of money!
