This is by far one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. First off, my stylist couldnt even understand English. Secondly, she didnt even know what split ends were when I asked her to just trim them off. Instead, she decided to cut over 5 inches of my hair off. But she couldnt even do that properly! Half of my hair is up to my shoulder, then the rest is a good 2 inches longer. And to add to that, a single chunk of my hair in the back is 2 inches longer than that! I went in for a trim, but instead lost most of my hair. This was a terrible experience, and I dont recommend that anybody goes here.

Really strange experience. I wanted my hair a rich, chocolate brown color and it turned out a gross dark brown on top and black on the ends. Pretty sloppy job in my opinion... lots of missed spots and chunks without any dye covering them at all. Just got worse with each wash, and now I have to shell out even more money to fix it. I feel embarrassed to wear my hair down... Best to stay away from here.

It is the most terrible haircut I had in my whole life. I wish I could ask for my money back. I uploaded a photo and it should show once Google reviews. See for yourself. If I could give 0 star I will. Only if I were not this spontaneous and had made an appointment with the salon my friend recommended. Learn my lesson. I will never go back to this place, ever.

THAT WAS THE HAIRCUT EVER, I asked for a 2 on the sides and Scissor Trim the top and she gave me a a 1 every where and when I said stop I dont want it any shorter she just kept going shorter its also even worse because I had to start my new job the next day.

They are not customer friendly. They have this grump face while they cut your hair. Also, they are just " okay" at their work too. They are cheapest in the ashburn area.

Quality of haircut is great these days with 3 good hair stylists Tammy, Andrew and the other lady on the centre right (a bit old). Rest all passing time cutting.
