we went yesterday and got three haircuts my daughter, my boyfriend, and I all got hhaircuts. I was first to get a cut by sparkle. I was cutting more then 6 inches off and had picked a new style after looking on-line all morning. The women didnt even really look at the picture i brought and just started cutting... My hair is NOTHING like i asked for in fact it looks just like it did only 6-7 inches shorter. Then my daughter was next with sparkle. I told her i wanted her to have a chin length bob and before i could even really show her that i wanted it all one length she started in on my daughters hair. Cut an inverted bob which was NOT what i wanted AT ALL. My daughter is already funny about her hair (she is 4 and HATES for u to do ANYTHING to it) so now not only is my babies hair WAY too short it is chopped because she kept hurting her while chopping her hair.. My boyfriend had another lady cut her hair, and she did an okay job.... But BEWARE OF SPARKLE, unless you like your hairstyles to just cut your hair how ever they feel like and not even consider what u told them.

This is literally the worst place Ive ever been. I went two weeks ago and today. Two different stylists cut it and both have terrible hair cuts. The first simply would not do what I asked, she kept saying that usually cuts it a certain way, and her way looks good. She pretty much refused to cut MY hair how I asked. It was much shorter than I asked for. The second stylist, she didnt even ask what I wanted. Her medium fade is more like a high fade. Once she finished with clippers, she started with the scissors. The problem is that she didnt ask how I wanted it cut. I didnt want anything of the top, but before I could speak, she had already cut half an inch and then thinned it out. It was already short, but now even shorter. It definitely did not need thinning either. This was by far the worst experience Ive had and I recommend that anyone and everyone go somewhere else.

I can not believe they will hire anyone. I got the worst, ever hair cut in my life there. I asked for a trim, Mayla took more than 3" off the back and then cut my straight across long hair in a V starting at my CHIN! I have a great perfectly zigged zagged "V". Its awful. I left the shot in tears and cried for hours. Some may say its just hair and it will grow back, but its my hair and it should be my option to look stupid, not some high school drop outs decision. And Im sorry, that high school drop out gives the great high school drop outs a bad name! DON"T GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY MAYLA.

So upset with my sons haircut. Every time he has gone there before, they have notes on his past haircut. Not this time, so he called me, and I told them what to do. A 3 on the sides and back, and just blend in the top. He came home with nothing but terrible crooked buzz cut! I am so mad right now. I have 4 boys, and I will not be taking any of them back there again. Thank God it will grow out before school starts and I can take him for a real haircut somewhere else!

Once again I have been the victim of the online sign-in. Never sure where you are in line, how long youll wait and everybody looking confused. Not to mention, they had only two ladies cutting hair and one talked to her customer at least 15 mins. without cutting as much as an eyebrow. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. My sole purpose in the remainder of this vacation day is to find someone...anyone else that can cut hair (without online sign in).

I showed Fatimah a picture and I thought she gid a good job til it dries. I told her I wanted it thinned out. It looks like I have a Bob afro! And I went to a job interview yesterday. Im calling tommorow. They are gonna fix this. Now I will probably have to get a short cut. I feel like she rushed bc she had a regular waiting for her. I wish I could add a picture. Im soooo upset. Worst cut ever!!!!

I have been returning to great clips for several years now. Quickly signing on online means the wait is never longer than 10 to 15 minutes. And the wait is always well worth it. Great clips does a wonderful job at taking simple notes on your haircut. So every visit, even if you dont have the same stylist. They have a good idea of what you got last time. What clipper sized were used. Ect.

Would have gave 0 stars if it was possible... This is by far the worst place to get a haircut... I waited well over an hour for my son to get a haircut... Two stylists here and one of them took 2 breaks before my son getting a haircut... This use to be the only place I took my kids but I guarantee this will be the last time I bring him here...

I only allow Michelle Pittman to cut my hair, so if she is working at this location instead of Wilson, I will come to Rocky Mount. If she is not here, I will drive to Wilson just see her.
