Dont bother explaining to the stylist what You want because they will do what They think is best anyway. I asked for clippers to be run up the back. "Oh, but I wear a size 4 ring, my hands are small, I can get close." Guess what. Not close enough and Not What I Asked For. I asked that the top be left long enough to get a brush around it. Guess what. Not even my smallest brush can grab whats left and Not What I Asked For. And I was stupid enough to leave a tip since they need to make ends meet, too. Out of 3 stylists at this location and one in Hagerstown, only 1 has ever cut the way I asked which kept giving me hope it would happen again. Lightening only struck once. So, when you sit in the chair and they ask what you want...just respond with "Whatever YOU want" because thats what your going to get. Oh, you ask why I just didnt book the the one who listened. I tried. Shes out on maternity leave.

Haircuts are horrible. Service is worse. I came in with my son to get a haircut and was inside for 30 minutes. My son was in the chair and i was waiting with no one else until a family of 4 walked in and although I had been there they started to take them all in front of me. I left without my haircut and will never take my family back here again.

Took our 3 year old here. He had a fit and would not sit still. Stylist was very professional and did a very good job under the circumstances. Thanks a Lot and great job. Well definitely return and hopefully my son will cooperate better next time.
