I am new to the area and needed a haircut, so about a month ago, I tried this place and go a great haircut. When it came time for another haircut, I went here in the evening and the woman who cut my hair before wasnt working. I was told she would be there the next day. I asked if I needed an appoinment and was told no, just come on in. I went the next day around 1pm and there were several people waiting and i was told it would be awhile. Since there were several children there, I didnt think it would take that long and I didnt mind waiting. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and I was next, since no one was left, except for a man who had just walked in. Guess what? They took that man ahead of me! I was not happy, so I left. After I calmed down, I called back to find out the explanation for this. I was told he had checked in online....."It is out of my control" said the lady on the phone, "Im sorry". No offer to come back or anything. This was the same lady I had talked to the night before when I asked if I needed an appoinment. No mention from her of online check in. So, theres 1 hour and 20 minutes wasted!! But, I tell you..the hairdresser missed her tip( I ALWAYS give a tip)and any future business because of her co worker( who failed to take an appoinment, or make me aware of check-in online) and that stupid "check-in online" for people who cant wait in line. Sad. sad. sad. So, BEWARE if you go here to check-in online, so you dont waste your life waiting and someone walks in the door and goes ahead of you.
If you must go here, ask for Angela. Dont remember her name but the lady I had was older and had a blondish bob. She was very rude and not understanding whatsoever. She didnt take her time on me and talked down on my haircut choice. Then when I got worried that my hair didnt look like the picture she flipped out. Gave the "Ive been cutting hair for 31 years lecture" and her hair looks awful? And said she had to step outside for a second. How unprofessional, instead of offering to help me and tell me what you can do in a nice manner. Then I said sometimes people cry when they get their hair cut (cause of the length she took off my hair) and she responded "I cry too." I also wanted my hair razored and she failed to do that. She had to do things "her way." Wont be returning.
Absolutely the worst haircut Ive ever received. The "stylist" was not paying attention with her comb, poked me in the eye. Was not able to fade my hair properly so she had to cut it significantly shorter than I requested just to make it look decent. She also felt the need to spin violently in the chair, so quick that I was unable to check out my haircut in the mirror. I have never had an experience this atrocious. I can most certainly say I will not return.
Been there 5 times now, and overall very positive. The online check-in has worked well, just click the "on the way" button before I leave work and never had to wait. Had a different stylist each time and 4 of 5 got it just right, the other wasnt too bad, just left a couple of "scragglers" I had to get with my clipper. Rates good, and did a great job on my beard.
I had great stylist there and told her to have fun with my hair as I hadnt had my hair cut in 3 years. She gave me a great cut and I loved it, Id definitely recommend going there for a great cut!!
Love the ladies in this place. All of them will give you a beautiful haircut! No stress!
