I went in for my consultation to speak about what I wanted done. I spoke to two different stylists and we finally came to an agreement. We were going to bleach my hair to dye it a dark grey. Thats it. So the stylist said $130-$140. I left happy & excited that I was finally going to get my hair done. While driving home I receive a call from Debbie and shes rude and tells me there is no way they will do my hair for that price that its going to be around $200. Saying that the stylist should have never told me that price. Im sorry but if you quote me a price and we make an apointment date that should be the finalized price quote. Very unproffesional & very disapointed with that rude phone call. That is not how you run a costumer service business. Her tone of voice was not kind and she didnt even try to work with me on a new idea. I will never go back to this place.

Excellent customer service! From the moment you walk into the salon you feel welcomed! My 2-year-old son was not cooperative throughout his hair cut, more to say, he was simply crying throughout the entire process! However, the hairdresser (forgot her name) was very kind and understanding and manage to do an excellent job! My sons hair cut is the best one he had amongst all 3! While my son was screaming through his haircut, I was kindly consulted about my hair! So I shall tell more once I get my haircut today! As for now, this salon deserves 5 stars.

Monica and Cheyenne have both been wonderful. My schedule as a recruiter is wacky so I usually make my appointments with less than 24 hours notice. They always fit me in and do a wonderful job. I also love the fact they are open on Sundays. Its the day I have the most flexibility with my schedule. At 10:00 Ill be calling to make another appointment!
