I have been there 3 times now, and each visit the staff have been gossipy amongst one another. However, last time, the lady that did my hair was so uneducated she couldnt even pronounce my name, and she completely butchered my hair. All I wanted was a trimmed undercut but she had never even heard of that before, so I had to TEACH her how to do basic hair. Even so, she didnt even use the right tools and expressed no actual concern. This is one of the worst places you could ever go for a hair cut let alone a style up.

Apparently the employees are trained to pick up the phone and take care of the person on the other line before taking care of the customers that are already in the store waiting. The employees would rather answer a phone call and wait on them then to check a customer in, let alone acknowledge them. Needless to say I immediately left after witnessing this extraordinarily poor attempt at best, for customer service. I will not be going back and will deter anybody I possibly can.

Very unclean. I went for a hair wash with my friend who was going for a haircut and When before cleaning my hair I asked the lady to clean the hair from the water tub used to wash the hair, she rudely said, "its your friends that I cleaned before". She sounded as if It was my mistake to point out to clean the tub. Then she unwillingly cleaned it and didnt clean her hands after that. Thats gross.

Had the absolute worst hair cut ever here today! If I could give zero stars I would! I have a hard part with a tapered fade and they lady absolutely demolished my hair. Zero fade to it, took it all the way to skin up until an inche form my part. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone ever.

Staff is rotated out of their so fast you pretty much only get individuals that just recently learned how to cut hair or are in between jobs. My last hair cut was faded so poorly I had my wife recut my hair as soon as I got home

Went for simple blunt cut for my young kid. The hairdresser did it in two minutes. I pointed out it was uneven and didnt look like she had done an undercut as requested. She blew me off. I had to come home and fix it.

I was horrified after my hair was cut. She thinned out my already thin hair on the sides and it was very uneven! I had to cut it at home to fix it. Not recommended! Not worth a penny.

Had a horrible experience multiple times. Very rude staff, they focus more on unnecessary stuff/talk rather than haircut. I will NOT recommend this place.

I asked for a box in the back of my head and I got no box on my left side and got part of a octagon on my left side. Didnt bring the box up to my ears.

Very poor customer service and cheap non professional labor to cut hair. I doubt people cut hair there have any training.
