From the first time I walked into this Supercuts I knew I had found something special. I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who were more then helpful in getting me checked in. They were also prompt to inform me of their app that allows checking in online to help mitigate any future wait times I may incur. Following a short wait, I received a wonderful haircut from Tiffany. She was very friendly and professional and cut my hair exactly how I asked it to be done. I have been back several times since then, and I ALWAYS ask for Tiffany. She is one of the BEST stylists I have ever had cut my hair, and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing any kind of styling service. She and her staff are extremely well rounded stylists and will be able to make any request you have happen.

I checked in online, and showed up about 2 minutes before my check in time. I was told that someone would be right with me. 2 people were cutting hair in the front. Then, I noticed a third employee giving a fourth employee a bleach job in the back office. When I finally got into the chair, the haircut was extremely rushed and uncomfortable as the clippers were being raked across my scalp. When she was done, I had to ask for a hand mirror to see how she did on the back. Then, I didnt receive a hot towel or even get any loose hairs brushed off. By the time I got home, the hairs had embedded into my shirt so bad that I needed to shower and change my clothes. Worst experience ever at a Supercuts!

I walked in and not it was like a ghost town that should have been a clue . I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. She seemed like she knew what she was doing but with short hair its hard to tell when wet. Once she styled my hair it was not even close to the picture it was butchered. It was so bad I couldnt even talk. I paid walked out and was physically sick I didnt know to cry or throw up. I should have stopped her when she didnt even wax my eyebrows right. This is the worst cut I have ever had in my life.

Not AT ALL impressed with the haircut or service. Made an appointment online, got confirmation, but when I arrived they said it wasnt in the system, but that they had seen it earlier. Then they overcharged, and didnt have a receipt......had to wait for the woman to make a phone call to find out how to print one out. Overall a frustrating experience, and wont be going back.

I arrived and there were a few other people waiting, it would be about a 40 min wait so I put my name on the list and left. Arriving 35 minutes later I proceeded to wait again. Both hairstylists were still with the same clients as when I had left. I was ignored for a further 30 minutes and then decided to leave as it was almost closing time. Terrible Service.

My fiance went there for a haircut. He has a jaw line beard and they actually cut his side burns completely which he then had to cut his beard since it looked ridiculous. Hoping it was a fluke he did go again and they did it AGAIN! Ever since he hasnt gone back!

I walked in and instantly felt welcome. The place looks wonderful, the chairs are comfortable, and I felt pampered by the knowledgeable staff. Really like my new haircut - would recommend this location to anyone in the area who needs a trim!

Not the worst, not the best. Acceptable haircuts and beard trim. Been there three times and have not seen the same stylists twice. Convenient location - next to our grocery store and our dentist.

Been there 3 times they messed up all 3 times cuts not even had to go to hair cuttery for them to fix it I would not waste your money
