I was unhappy with my experience at MasterCuts in the mall. In total I ended up paying roughly 38 bucks for someone to redo my layers and cut some dead ends and style. What really irked me was that the girl who styled my hair (Andrea) styled my hair but failed to put anything to keep my hair that way. I styled my hair to go to a dinner with some friends but the do only lasted about 2 hrs some strands stayed longer but at my dinner it wasnt what I paid extra for. I was bummed I kept trying to hair spray my hair but i think it was too late. :(

Ive gotten two nice hair cuts here recently. They were done by two different ladies. The first one was a drastic difference, about 8 inches taken off. I loved it. The second was more of a trim, and it was done very well. Both times I just walked in, no appointment. I had to wait a little, which is perfectly find when I just walk in like that. They were courteous and took time to listen to what I wanted, asking a few questions for clarification. For the price (under $20), I cant complain and plan on going back.

Closed 35 minutes early. Both stylists were in the back with their feet up killing time. Very unprofessional. Save yourself some time and go some where else.

The most awful hair cut I ever got. The stylist didnt listen to what I want. I would give it no stars but that wasnt an option.
