Was told by a friend to get my sons first haircut by Ann. She was super nice, but did a terrible job on my sons hair. The more I look at it the more I dont like it and am devastated because we have pictures in a few days. I have nothing to work with even if I wanted to try and have it fixed. I told her I just wanted it trimmed around the ears and the bangs because they were in his eyes, hes just a baby (8 months) and doesnt need much. Instead she didnt listen and insisted that she couldnt cut it with shears only a razor because he would move too much. My son was terrified by the noise of the clippers and he screamed and she buzzed his whole head.....and very fast :( its way too short and is going to take forever to grow back. On top of that, she used shears on his bangs and his ears after she told me she couldnt do that. I think she was trying to rush, but I had all the time in the world and just wanted my little boy to look nice. Very disappointed and will never come back! Sorry, but Im just being honest!!!

In simple words - They hate your kids and pregnant women. I was standing and waiting for at least 1 of the 2 stylists to come over and receive a simple "hello", friendly gesture or acknowledgement. That didnt happen. I was waiting for at least 5-10 minutes with 2 kids, and on top of that being 7 months pregnant. When we finally had someone address us, they literally told us in a rude way that essentially our business was not valued. She might as well have said, "F*** You and your kids, we are too busy". So I responded to her that we wont be coming back here again.

I had an appointment with them first thing in the morning. When I got there the lady who was to cut my hair was running errands, and blew off my appointment like it was nothing. The other lady who was working said she was booked solid and couldnt help me. Even though it was slow and no one was really there. I dont normally give negative reviews, but this was totally unprofessional. I didnt deserve to be treated this way, as I was only coming in for an appointment when THEY said they had an opening.
