So I really have a mixed review about this place because the first time I went it was awesome, the second time, not so much. So lets start with the good. I went there for the first time with pictures of how I wanted my hair cut, completely different than anything Ive done before. The stylist, Wendy, looked at them and we talked about the different options and all. She started just taking a little off and didnt want to take off too much. So was very easy to talk to and did exactly what I wanted. I actually thought the top was left a little too long, so she said I could come back and get some trimmed if I wanted because I wasnt sure how short I wanted to go. But she was awesome when I showed up the next day for a little more off the top. Then a month later I made another appointment with her, the salon tried to call an hour before the appointment to tell me she wouldnt be there, but I missed the call. So when I showed up they tried to make me wait over an hour for someone else. I instead said I would wait a week for Wendy to be back. Well they cancelled the appointment too, then changed the day and gave me someone else. At this point I really needed my hair cut so I just took whoever. Well this girl did not even introduce herself. She came over to me and said, "you know this is going to cost $40 right? I just thought you would want to know." I guess she thought I couldnt afford it. I told her I was there before, showed her the same pictures I showed Wendy, which she didnt look at then started cutting my hair. And she did an AWFUL job. I hate it. Its not even close to how it was, or what I want, and its crooked on one side. My hair is really too short to even fix it. So Im pretty much stuck with this for now. I was hoping when I got home and washed it, and tried to do something with it that it wouldnt be so bad. Its so bad my husband even had some comments about it. I also asked her to show me how to use a product I bought when I first got my hair cut, but she used a different product, to try to get me to buy that instead. This entire experience was awful and I dont know what to do now. I sure wont be going back. Now I am pretty upset I spent $40 on this haircut. I gave this 2 stars because I liked Wendy, but thats the only reason. Otherwise the place cancelled my appointments a few times and gave me someone that really didnt know how to cut short hair, and I have an awful haircut.

Dont come here unless you want to look like you box dyed your hair - they use LOREAL color and its awful. I arrived before my stylist and waited 15 minutes after my appointment time only to find out that she quit and I was put with someone else, all without my knowledge, and the new appointment time was an hour after what I scheduled. I wondered why they didnt call me and tell me but I said I wouldnt wait so they put me with a lady named Bri. I spent 3 1/2 hours and $200 plus tip on this - the highlights look grown out, are multiple colors (the lowlights dont match my natural color which was the goal) and the cut was not angled right. I went back 6 days later to have it fixed by the salon leader and she almost made it worse, if thats even possible. Bri was there and did not even have the decency to acknowledge me being there or ask why I didnt like my hair. Their water heater wasnt working so I was shampooed with cold water and they were trash talking their clients right in front of me while she was washing my hair. One of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. I actually cried when I left there and I now have to live with this and am embarrassed by how I look. Save your money and your time - go somewhere else.

I just got home from my first visit to Bubbles. I am in awe of how wonderful my hair looks. Ive never seen anyone get it looking so natural (she got it to match my 18 mos old daughters hair)!!!!! If you want a perfect color job done on your hair then ask for Tanya at Bubbles in Fredericksburg, VA. She also did a beautiful cut and style. Not only is she talented, she is very thorough, professional, and all around just a sweetheart. Everyone I met was so friendly. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly cant see myself going anywhere else from now on...unless Tanya leaves and then Ill find whatever new salon she goes to and move to that one. Im just so thrilled with my hair. Ive never been happier or more satisfied!!

I recently had a haircut with Maura at Bubbles. I asked her to repair the damage done by a previous hairdresser at another salon, and since I have thick, long hair that tends to wave a bit at the ends, I told her I wanted my hair to get flat-ironed first, and then dry cut with a straight cut. (My hair ends up longer on one side than the other or uneven when it is cut wet.) Maura listened carefully to what I wanted, and even though it was a departure from normal procedure in getting a haircut (i.e. getting hair cut while wet), she agreed to cut my hair exactly as I specified. I am so happy with the result! In addition, the Bubbles staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend!

This salon is amazing ! Everyone is friendly and attentative to each client and their needs. Whether you have coarse, curly hair or fine, straight hair they can take care of it! Their menu offers a full range of services from eyebrow waxes, mens cuts, kids cuts, updos, color corrections, and keratin treatments -- and everything in between. You can trust that each stylist is a licensed professional and are constantly being trained on the newest and latest trends and techniques. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a new look!

My wife had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 for a simple trim. She was seated in the waiting area and sat there for an hour and a half while 5 other clients who showed up after her were picked up to be seen. After I arrived to pick her up, I went in to ask why she wasnt seen. Apparently the stylist took a client who requested more done than initially discussed. My wife would have been fine if someone had just told her what was going on rather than just letting her sit there for an hour and a half while other people are being seen.

I recently had a color treatment with Taylor, and I absolutely love it! She spent quite a bit of time on my hair, and really seemed to know what she was doing. I have gotten a lot of compliments on it so far! I was also impressed with the customer service at the salon. I called on a Saturday morning and asked if they had any appointments for that day. They were able to fit me in within 2 hours of my call, even though it was a Saturday and they were busy when I got there. I will definitely be back!
