Bill is a very passive aggressive, highly rude, team member. He called me to inform me that a service option, which early his manager had notified me was available, was not available. But he kept twisting his words to imply that it wasnt a miscommunication on their part. When I asked him in plain words, he kept repeating "Im not trying to say anything, maam." When I asked him to remind me his name (which I recalled after he hung up on me), he actually said, "you know what maam, Im going to go now. You have yourself a nice day." And hung up on me!!! Throughout the conversation, he kept talking over me and in a very loud and obnoxious manner. I hope he loses his job or is really disciplined.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was the only person in the store while the two employees sat there and gossiped for 5 minutes. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. Immediately helped the pretty young blonde who walks in. Do yourself a favor and take your business to the UPS store down the street, they are way nicer.

I dont belive that anyone needs to be fired, however education on customer service is needed ASAP! Customers should not be taken out of line/sequence nor should they be pushed to do full service packing when customers prefer to purchase a box and pack things themselves. This leaves me questioning my fedex company account ...

Had a large package sent here for pick up. They were very polite and everything went smoothly. -1 star for the difficult-to-find parking due to the area becoming so popular. There needs to be more short-term parking spots near the center.
