Absolutely the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Ive been trying to get my package now for two months. Each time saying the package is undeliverable as addressed. Ive tried multiple addresses, and every time they fail to deliver it. Each time I call no one ever knows where the package is and They keep telling me they will call me back when they find out where the package is but no one ever contacts me back. This process continues week after week until the package eventually gets returned to the sender. Got to give credit to USPS for hiring the laziest and most incompetent workers you could possibly find. Im sure you really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find these guys.

I went I expecting poor service due to these reviews. However, it was quite the turn around. I was helped by a very friendly and kind lady whos name I didnt get who I assume is Korean. I received great customer service, if everyone was like her then every trip to the post office would be outstanding. Thank you for your help and assistance.

For packages to be delivered Friday, no delivery because of snow. Closed Saturday. When I showed up on Monday afternoon they said come back 9 am Tuesday. At 9 am Tuesday they told me they cant unlock the carriers storage and to wait at home.

Staffs inability to read directions on the package "Live Queen bees. Call for pick up" lead to the death of my queen bees. Instead they left them in a black mail box on a hot summer day for hours. No call was ever made.

I mailed a letter certified mail by priority mail - and after many days - no information is showing on the tracking. Called and talk to several and they can provide no help whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. They lost our paperwork for a mailbox lock replacement. Our lock has yet to be replaced. We paid for it over a month ago.

I prefer dealing with the IRS or DMV. Or maybe going to the dentist. They constantly lose packages, mix up mail and are rude to deal with.
