I had my oil changed here a couple of times. They are pretty fast and will try to work around your time schedule; though sometimes they are too fast. I had my oil changed before headed across the mountain to Luray. My oil light came on midway up the mountain. When I pulled over and checked the dipstick, it was dry. I had a mechanic buddy of mine check it out and he said something was wrong with the oil filter. After getting it back to his place to check it out farther he said the O seal ring was messed up. After replacing the oil filter and filling it up at my cost. I called One Stop to see if they could make this right. They told me to bring it by the shop Monday; when I got over there the following Monday they reimburse me for my costs and gave me a free oil change. They seemed genuinely sorry for the mistake. All and all I don’t know if I will go back again. I was extremely lucky that the oil light came on, or I would be fighting to have my car replaced. I guess the story is check One Stop’s work or try and make time to change it yourself.

They tried to sell me a $40 part for $260 thank God I called BS n called Napa to only be told its was 40 dollars they will way over charge you not to drag on they also lie a lot. They said my truck was to be ready they aftet they inspected it to make sure things were fine well they over looked a worn out tire a pitman arm over loaded my AC so it constantly purged itself sounded like pure crap going down rd it gets worse I asked them to pressure test it Chris said he did n my head gasket leak is fine because its small I add fluid Evey day thats not little theres more but bottom line this is not a honest place for business

I have to say my experience at one stop auto was great to my surprise. They where friendly and sufficent. I was in out of there in no time, any issue i had they addressed it up front right then and there. This is a place i recommend for buying a car and for service. They have turned me into a loyal customer. Great Great Great.

They did a beautiful job on my van. They sanded and painted the bumper, located a used door and painted it, repaired and painted another door, and painted a side mirror. They did all this work for for under $1000, every other place in town wanted about $2500. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This place is by far the worde used csr dealershop that i have ever run across in my 42 years of live they will rip you off had car 1 day oil light no oil check engine light tjey just clear codes easyto do when you clear codes you can drive 50miles before light comes back on

This place is the worst! They are rude, they will knowingly sell you a piece of junk and they dont care about their customers! Do yourselves a favor and stay as far away as possible!!! DO NOT buy from these people!!!!!!

Bought a car from them on Halloween 2014. I have been dealing with issues ever since. Every time I try to get my car in the shop to get fixed, I either get put on the back burner or the car gets a band-aid.

do not take your car here. mechanics are unqualified to diagnose problems. mine has engine damage from their negligence, they refuse to make it right.
