U-Haul uses "x" stickers to mark previous damage or settled damage claims. The reason that I say this is because I was accused of causing damage that was actually already marked by one of those stickers when renting a truck. The kicker.. I had time-stamped photographic evidence and the manager still didnt believe me. I had a funny feeling about it because the staff didnt walk around the truck with me before renting, he was very busy and it was just before close. I took pictures of the truck and even the dashboard showing the fuel level (yes they tried to charge me for the wrong fuel level too). The manager made it clear while telling me I had to be responsible for this new damage that he didnt believe my pictures or me. Just avoid this place for U-Haul rental.

I failed an inspection due to a loose muffler pipe, and was told not to use this business by the guy that did my inspection. I went ahead and did it anyways because this place took reservations, but instantly regretted it as I was handed a $350 bill. I took it a second place to get another opinion and the second place place fixed it for $50 in under ten minutes as opposed to replacing the entire exhaust system as was suggested here. Do not use them, theyll cheat you out of your money. Very dishonest.

Every time Ive been there, theyve been nothing but honest and hard working. My car always has lots of issues, as a jeep and when I brought it in a month or so ago, they ran into lots of issues while working on my breaks. The mechanic stayed late that day while I waited for my ride to pick me up and even came in the next day, his day off to finish the job. Prices are reasonable and they did not charge me for the extra labor. This has become my trusted repair shop in the area now.

I took my daughters car for an oil change last week. I had scheduled an online appointment for the 19.95 oil change and expected to arrive and be told that the price would be some astronomical number. That wasnt the case at all. They did the oil change, didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I dont need and asked me to come back. This is definitely very different than my experience with the Meineke in Woodbridge. Ill definitely return to this location.

Worst place to rent a uhaul, customer service is horrible. You will get charged a cleaning fee regardless if truck is returned cleaned or not. The wait is horrible, you will wait for Cindy while she is out talking in the parking lot. DO NOT RENT from them!!! Visit N Loudoun St uhaul. You will have better service and not charge a false cleaning fee!! Long time customer who wont be returning.

We stopped in to have a noisy rear wheel checked out -- and were told there was nothing seriously wrong, and it could be fixed at a later time. Though the technician spent an hour on our peace of mind, there was no charge, as it fell under a free brake inspection. Would recommend this shop highly, as our experience suggests theyre honest and dont take advantage of out of town customers.

This is the place to go!! I like going to this Meineke great location on the Valley Ave . They are very professional and straight forward to attend the needs for my Vehicule and I. I totally recommend it. I feel welcome and by the way a get reminders for maintenance from them now thats excellent customer service.

They do great work. They are always friendy. They keep you informed if you have anything you may need done then or in future. They dont try to push you into more work unless its really needed to be done and they will try to work with you. I always goto them for my oil changes and any work needed to my truck.

Chaz was very helpful over the phone before I got there. They took my car AT the appointment time and made sure it was fixed before I left - even though it took a little longer than expected. I appreciate their hard work!
