I was exceptionally pleased with my experience at Eddins Ford. I found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and submitted a credit application. The next day I went to see the vehicle and have my used car appraised. Having done extensive research I knew what my used car was worth as well as what to expect to pay for the new vehicle. When the came back with the appraisal of my used car it was exactly where it should have been based on my research. This told me Eddins was operating fair and ethically. After test driving the new car we went to complete paperwork. Everything was done in about two hours which is faster than any dealership I have ever bought from previously. Everything about the process was fair and expeditious. From my salesperson Reid to the finance manager Adam the process was a pleasure and I always felt they were being honest and attentive to my needs. Looking for a car for my wife as well as replacing my existing truck in the next year or so and it is without question we will be heading back to Eddins.

Eddins Ford completely changed car shopping for me! I had been on a car search for about 2 months before I decided to stop by Eddins. I heard about them, but honestly, I was dreading going to another dealership because of all the unpleasant experiences I had. I didnt think I would get anything for my trade and I wouldnt find the perfect car for me. Im glad I gave them a chance though! My sales person, Ashley, she was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles. She made the process as pain free and time manageable as she could. Plus, I got a great deal on a new 2015 Escape and I love it! Since purchasing my Escape in December, I brought it in for a oil change and the service department is fantastic. Very time efficient and friendly!

Ashley was great to work with! She listened, explained, and found out any information we wanted. She wasnt pushy or pressuring, she let us take our time and did all she could for us. The 2012 Expedition we bought was very nice and what was even better is they sold the vehicle originally, did all the scheduled maintenance on it and have the records to prove it. LIFETIME UNLIMITED MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY No reason to ever shop anywhere else! 100% recommend this place! Laid back very easy to deal with never once felt pressured!
