I consistently buy clunkers and Ive been taking them to this location for at least a decade. To be honest, stuff happens and I havent always been 100% satisfied. In the rare circumstance this has happened, Ive called and the problem has been pleasantly rectified. Besides quality, what makes these guys five star is their customer service. They always go above and beyond the service Ive experienced at other mechanic shops. (I travel a lot with my cars and cant always go to this Midas) The confidence I have in their service coupled with the rapport I have with the staff has made me a return customer.

I have never felt so ripped off in my life than by Midas. To be charged $67.97 for wiper blades is ridiculous. Not only did they put on top of the line blades for a KIA that has over 120,000 miles, they charged us $4.00 in labor to install. We could have gone by any auto parts store where they install for FREE and bought the blades for around $8.00. Not only would I never recommend their service, I will never allow one of my company vehicles to be taken there again.

The customer service here is terrific. Ive taken 2 family members cars to this particular Midas for service, and both times theyve been wonderful. They didnt talk down to me because Im a woman and know nothing about cars, but were instead courteous, friendly, and informative. They called every step to check prices with me for service that took longer, and got things done in a good amount of time. I highly recommend this particular group!

Put a water pump on my vehicle not much over 2 months ago and its already leaking. The part itself is fine the problem is poor mechanics. Gasket wasnt properly installed. If they cant install a gasket right do yourself a favor and dont even go there for oil changes. Drain plugs and oil filters have gaskets.

I Called there for a catalytic converter for my 2000 dodge van...$757.00 I explained I didnt need the whole exhaust system and the woman I spoke to didnt know what she was talking about and has no business being in automotive industry.these people are crooked.. AutoZone has a catalytic converter for a$118

Mike is as good of a mechanic as anyone in town. Ive been bringing all three of my cars here for 6 years. He did the timing belt on my hybrid Lexus for 1/3 the cost of the dealer. Highly recommended for honesty and integrity for anything on any car
