Ive been using A-Z auto repair since theyve opened up shop. Ive known Alex for years, and Roberto does excellent work. Ive found them both to be very honest in a field where you dont always get the truth. We have 2 vehicles - 1 with 220,000 miles on it, and another with over 240,000 miles on it.... These guys keep both of my vehicles running well and passing a tough VA state inspection. Ive always found their pricing to be more than fair, and usually the best in town. This week alone, our car failed inspection from another local competitor, one whose owner is involved in local politics. A-Z saved me $140 dollars on the job, and did a more thorough job. In short, thank you for the last 5-6 years of great work at fair prices. Well keep coming back!

A-Z has had my last 3 cars in their shop a few times. I have always felt like they where honest with me at all times. On one instant telling me not to fix the car it wasnt worth it. This last repair really showed me their honesty. I swore it was a bad transmission because 2 other mechanics told me it was. I left a deposit for them to purchase a transmissions for the car. They told me it wasnt that, it was just a cable. After years of headache being ripped off by a few garages around here. Im glad i finally found people i can trust with fixing my car. Alex at A-Z Auto is without a doubt, the most honest and trustworthy car mechanic I have ever dealt with. I have taken several of my familys cars in for various problems and Alex has always saved me money. In more than one instance, he fixed what appeared to be a larger problem for almost no charge! When my car was in an accident, Alex intervened on my behalf with the body shop, including going with me to the other shop twice to show them why their body-work was sub-standard (at no cost!!).

My 06 Saturn Vue hasnt had any repairs up until now, needed tune-up & over 100,000 miles maintenance. Did the Tune-up now & will return to get the Timing Belt work done. Great experience, did work in a day, my husband had an accident on Wed & needs a car to drive until his is out of the shop, did Vue repairs the next day & very fair price! Thank you Alex!

Ive been taking my car to A-Z Auto Repair for over 5 years. The car has over 250k miles, and she still runs great. The team there tells me exactly what I need, and I dont worry about getting suckered into repairs and parts that I dont need, just because Im a woman. Their prices cant be beat. A to Z auto is great to deal with. They have excellent customer service and always get my vehicle fixed correctly. A to Z is honest and a reasonably priced shop which is hard to find. They can fix minor and major repairs including engines and transmissions. I like dealing with a one stop shop.
