Although the shocks that they originally installed were not working well, they worked well with me to rectify the situation. In addition, while waiting for service, they helped other customers save money twice. On one occasion, a customer wanted to have his car inspected again after fixing what had failed at another location. The manager here told the customer to take it to the original shop because the original shop would only charge a dollar to inspect it again (and would only inspect that specific fix). On another occasion, they told a customer to check to make sure her car wasnt under warranty before getting the service completed at Trinity.

Went in for oil change and was asked if I would like new wiper blades. I said yes, not knowing what the cost was of said blades. Imagine my surprise when I was billed $14.99 per wiper blade. The gentleman who handled the payment transaction was indifferent to the price and stated thats what it is. You can rest assured I will never go back. Its absolutely ludicrous to charge $72.00 and change for a simple oil change and wiper blades. As far as I am concerned, not very Christian like for this outrage. Never again will I patronize this establishment. And I will be informing all I know.

A true gem! I had to get a headlamp repaired last night before hitting the road so I went to Firestone but they said there would be a two hour wait, despite my having called ahead and being told they would be able to see me immediately. So I went across the street to Trinity and they got the job done in under two minutes, no questions asked! On top of that, everybody who helped me was super friendly and professional, and they charged half what Firestone would have. Love this place and am definitely planning to go back whenever the need arises.

I love these guys. After trying a dozen different places around Winchester I have found someone I trust. They have fixed a bulb on my daughters car, no charge. They fixed a sensor and instead of the $70 part to fix it they managed to fix something IN the broken part for only $12. I had a bad front light housing and instead of the $270 part they directed me to an internet part. I bought it $70 and they installed it. I cant say enough about how nice they are and how much I have saved over the other places I have tried in Winchester.

Went for oil change at lunch... pulled in and asked if busy. Told no and to pull to first bay and that I was next. When I backed out a truck pulled in the spot. When I pulled up the guy who I spoke to came out to get my keys. I asked if I was next and he said that the truck had pulled in first and I would now be 30 minutes later!!! This is woth 3 workers there and 3 open bays. I told him I thought that was wrong and he shrugged and walked away. Never going back

Last time i was there for an oil change, i was very dissapointed, first they tell me a price and when i pay they charge me 12 plus dollars for a filter i didnt authorize to install, also on the bill they had checks on things they didnt do, like vacum the car, or add windshield fluid, it seems they were just trying to get me to leave,

Truck has been passing inspections for years with minor repairs here and there. This year i failed for a factory bulb being the wrong color. Never been a problem before. Didnt even offer pricing to fix. Just pointed and pointed and pointed
