The absolute worst, unprofessional real estate company Ive ever worked with. The selling agent did virtually nothing to sell our house. Our home sold itself! This company is more concerned with their efforts on video production around the community and social media presence to gain exposure than on actual time spent with their selling clients. Two friends also were selling their homes with this company at the same time and fired them. We had to stay on top of our agent almost daily to do the very basic fundamentals of her job (ie. Contract paperwork, listing errors, etc). Team Waller has a reputation around the county among real estate professionals for driving down home prices to turn over as many homes as possible. They have a much better reputation with buyers than sellers. Sellers Beware! There are so many better, more professional alternatives than this company.

Oh, My, Gosh! Jessica Cook is seriously THE best realtor that Ive ever encountered. Let me list some of her traits: - Shes funny - Shes personable - She cares about her clients - Shes honest - She knows her stuff - She knows people, either it lenders or contractors, she can connect you to the best people available in this area. - She will fight for you - She is patient with you because she realizes that buyers will have a lot of questions. For anyone who is reading this, I would highly recommend her and feel blessed for having the opportunity to work with her.
