More often than not, buying or selling a home is not a pleasant experience. The folks at Zambito Realtors helped minimize my stress and made the transaction as smooth a process for me as possible. From answering late night texts and emails regarding new listings, to making appointments to view homes at times that were convenient to my schedule, to electronic signing of documents, making necessary appointments with home inspectors (and being there with me during the inspection) and follow ups necessary with sellers or sellers agents, they were there for me all the way. When my agent was out of town, the owner himself returned my calls and emails. They patiently helped me through the process and I am very grateful for Natasha, Joanne and Marks attentiveness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if the need arises.

They have a house listed for sale MLS #: B505702 and the listing makes the home look beautiful. The truth is the house is in DEPLORABLE condition. Infested inside and out with black mold. HUGE HOLEs cut in dry wall in almost every room where they tried to cut out large areas of black mold. The back deck is sinking. Roof is bad where the extension meets the house. Windows are leaking. The house is clearly in AS IS condition which they do not list and cannot get a bank loan. The took pictures of the home at angle to avoid everything seriously wrong with the home. The house is DISGUSTING inside and is NOWHERE near worth 60k above what they are asking like they state. The house needs well over 200k JUST to fix it properly!!! Disgusting. I turned them into NAR with pictures I took of the house 3 days ago!!
