If you are in the market to buy or sell a home please consider using Sandy Snyder. We purchased our first home with Sandy over 5 years ago and thought we would be there forever. Things changed and a job promotion required us to move 650 miles away with a very short time frame to get their. Sandy understood our extremely tight time frame and priced our home appropriately for our market. The house was under contract in 35 days and Sandy took care of all the logistics while I tried to get my family adjusted to a new state, school and environment. Sandy kept in contact with us during the entire appraisal/inspection period giving us updates and even going so far as to finding us a licensed contractor to do some minor repair work since we were now living out of state. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to any one who is in the market to buy or sell.

I recently bought a house through the Sandy Snyder team. What a nightmare! I had to constantly initiate and follow up with the agent and my repair concerns were not even addressed with the Seller. Documents were incomplete, incorrectly dated and some were illegible with incorrect dates. The agent Charlotte Ashton talked during the entire closing process, being more concerned with the jelly beans on the table. This was an overall terrible experience and financially costly. I feel strongly enough that I am filing a complaint with the WV Real Estate Commission, the Better Business Bureau and local court. I will not recommend this office to anyone...ever.
