We closed on our home today! Our buyers used Keller Williams working with Jenna May. All went well until the last two weeks. Ms May claimed that we agreed to a prepossession and then changed our minds leaving her clients in a position to incur unexpected extra charges for temporary housing. However, the original purchase contract did not include prepossession nor at any time were the buyers promised it. Prepossession is not a right or requirement. Given the problems associated with it, we took legal advice given us to not do it. As if dealing with this wasnt enough, at closing, the buyer was to pay us $4,000 for personal property. The night before closing they changed their minds to offer us $2,000 take it or take your stuff (communicated through their attorney). Really? Of course, this left us in a hard position especially since we are moving out of state. We had no choice but to take a reduced rate of $2500 in order to close today. In the end, we feel deceived and cheated. Bottom line- we recommend that you do not do business with Jenna May at this realty. You can decide whether to trust her or not.

Too bad there arent more stars I could give the Mandy Friend team! Awsom, unbelievable, and professional are just three words that try to discribe the customer service I received. Mandy, Ninner, Heidi and the whole team could not have been any better. Everything, and I mean everything went just like "clock work", from the initial contact to the property closing. My advice would be, if you want good service, call someone else, if you want GREAT service call Mandy!
